" ... Most will still fornicate with females (hopefully with protection)... "

Hmmm!

Maybe a helmet or a bullet-proof jacket spared some lives but, as that saying goes: "In love and war, all is fair".

I´m sure that many, evenly wearing a shield...

Have felt they´ve fallen...

And there´s no turning back.

secularhermit, the thing about fornicating (which is sexual immorality and a behavior I highly disapprove of as a Christian) is that it takes TWO (or more) people to engage in.

But many in Western culture seem to view women fornicators as innocent victims and male fornicators as evil perpetrators though that's not biblically true at all.

The truth is that they are EQUALLY guilty (excepting in the case where one is forcibly raped by the other) before almighty Holy God.

Societally, what's happened is that a very punishing body of anti-male family law (e.g. matrimonial law) has come to dominate Western justice systems over the past four decades and men are now in full retreat from it.

Then women who, by and large, supported the rapid escalation of this body of law choose to have sex with men anyways when men increasingly reject it. One of the many consequences has been a very high unmarried birth rate.

The only "solution" that women will accept, by and large, that I've observed are shaming tactics aimed at men to attempt to force men to accept the very anti-male punishing body of law they voted to adopt. Most Christian churches participate in this shaming strategy too. But it's unbiblical, misguided, and obviously not working.

The result is that more and more young men continue to choose a life of singlehood rather than marry as time progresses. And, as long as they're not engaging in sexual immorality, is a wholly biblical choice that they can make.

You regurgitate this ad nauseum; I can't tell whether you are just really zealous or trolling (no offense).

In any case, it's an egregious derail.

I'm sure most of us would gladly listen or talk to you if you need someone to talk to, me being one of them.

I do hope you find the one you're looking for though, never lose faith in God though, I'm sure he'll find the one for you, God always has a plan for everyone, just be patient, try to follow God's path for you. :)

After talking with a friend about it briefly, it seems like there are different understandings of what dating entails. I always thought it to mean something formal, not exactly serious, and usually a prelude to a monogamous relationship (boyfriend + girlfriend) - she thought it meant monogamous boyfriend + girlfriend status.

So there's that.
