The world is going towards an end, where God will judge those who did obey and follow Him(also through His Word), and those who didn't. Today's morality is going more and more down the drain, only those who stays strong in the Lord will succeed at last. Those who did what God told, not the world's view and perspectives. It is clearly written in God's Word that homosexuality is wrong, and since Jesus was and is God, I beleive that He doesn't goes away from the truths also written before He came to earth as a human being.

Umm nothing about homosexuality is Christlike, and God's word is clear that the gay community as you call it are not Christians. Were is past tense. They had repented of the sin to inherit the kingdom.

exactly so leave it up for God to decide in the end. We know his decision if we tell them and they continue to defy god's will then they get what they get, but why waste energy trying to regulate it.

Now, I am sure there are other passages which may deal with these issues, but these chapters, one from Romans and one from Leviticus, seem to specifically speak against types of sexuality. I'm not saying God doesn't love you. I'm not saying you have a demon. I'm not really trying to say anything negative to you at all. I would just encourage you to read these passages and think carefully about the choices you make. The forgiveness of sins does not give us the right to continue living in them.

I bet it would be in some ways frightening to have thoughts or feelings about the same sex. Many people may applaud you for it, and others condemn you for it. In either case, I am not one of them. For I try to neither accept nor condemn, for it is not my place. What I will ask and encourage of you though, is to seek God. In all things, put God before yourself, and he will make your paths straight. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.

Gay marriage is not going to lead to incest. I don't know where people get those idiotic ideas.

Maybe not, but if one accepts the premise it stems from (ie. evething's okay as long as it's between consenting adults) then one has little argument against incestuous relationships.

I am happy that Prop 8 was decided to be unconstitutional, because it is.

I am sad it was decided to be unconstitional, because it isn't. Not really, I don't know a lot about US law so I honsetly couldn't say either way. What I can say is that the state has a duty to uphold and support the family, which is the core unit of society. Blessing same sex relationships is a failure of this duty. Furthermore, no government can ever change the definition of marriage to one which encompasses same-sex unions and they would be in error if they attempt to do so. Maybe they could get around it by calling them 'civil partnerships' as they've done in the UK, but a marriage between two men or two women is a literal impossibilty.

all the "Save Marriage" campaigns kinda make me giggle, what are we saving it from? Straight people can barely get it right.

I think they were probably wanting to save the bastardisation of the definition of marriage.
