God Spoke to me in a Dream? ( is it really him or the devil )

When I was 13 God sent me a dream one Night. I was in a room filled with light, I felt God's pressence and was frightened, so I bowed before him and he spoke to me. I could still hear his voice booming in my ear even now that im a young lady. He said
" In order for you to get into my kingdom you must do 3 things and your sister must do 2"

Even now Im still wondering what those three things are, I got baptized right away after the dream and started learning about god steadly.

My mother also told me that the Devil could be playing tricks on me but I dont think so...

What do you think?

works salvation is not the GOSPEL of Christ.

I think your mom is on to something.

Maybe the 3 things are really easy things, but God just wanted to make sure you don't lose sight of something that's important. Did you try asking what those 3 things were later on?

The voice you heard is of God. I asked Him and He told me it was Him. So relax. But to put your mind further at ease. When God started talking to you, you would have experienced the fruit of His Spirit according to Gal 5:22. Either Joy, Peace or one of the fruit of God. Don't mistake AWE for FEAR. FEAR and AWE is not the same. The first time it felt like every bone in my body was shaking, every cell vibrating, but the moment He spoke I felt a supernatural PEACE covering and rinsing right through me.

So getting baptised... a very good idea.

If it was the devil..that was a really weak attack. God bless you, Cora! I don't think it was the devil.

As long as it brings you peace... it's from God. The devil will just make it all sound like gibberish and he brings peril and pain and fear. Had the same problem too but just remember... everything God brings to us is good and peaceful... everything below that well is from below :D Cheers my friend! I pray that God will continue talking and revealing A WHOLE LOT MORE to you :D Keep growing in Him :D

Don't take your mother's opinion on this issue. It seems very important to you and you should explore the idea for yourself. Pray about it if you think that will get you closer to the answer.

I personally don't believe it was God or any kind of demon like 'the devil'. I think it was just a dream you had when you were young and I assume because you were worried about your sister's and your own salvation.
