im a believer in taking care of your body. some christians judge those who smoke, drink, etc and then eat seven double cheeseburgers and have a bmi of 993. to me, this appears hypocritical. am i saying fat christians are hypocritical? no, if you read what i said, you will find i did not. i just think christians, when able to, should take time to take care of their body whether its exercising, eating healthier, etc. Im not saying that Christians should have six packs, but i do think when the bible said, the body is a temple, it means it.

Now for me, I have been working out for several years now, probably 4 or so. I eat super clean as well, and yes i do have abs. I also do appearances to churches, events, etc on how christians can take better care of their bodies. this is just something to think about, talk about, etc. for me, it is a passion. In fact, i studied to be a personal trainer for six months, yet did not get certified. message me if you need a starting point or a basic meal plan, exercise plan, etc. take pride in being a christian, and let your body show your appreciation for what God gave you.

This is pigeonholing. Therefor I vote BigMac.

1 Timothy 4:8
For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.

Actually even doctors have proven that small amounts of wine or something similar daily is healthy so i dont even know why that one is listed. I know when my grandfather was in the hospital they gave him a beer a day to help with his heart because his stomach coulndt handle the acidity of wine.

Beer and red wine in small amounts are said to be good for you. If you have too much it's the opposite.

Should the thread be re-phrased, "Healthy Christian Bodies..."? A Healthy Christian, atleast if I recall what Ravenhill said correctly is one with a great prayer life....

Actually, in the long run if it wasn't for the oil/grease I would say pizza is probably the healthier item given that it has atleast four food groups present.

If you use a paper towel/napkin to soak up all the excess grease (which kinda defeats the purpose of the pizza) it's even healthier. Well, relatively speaking.
