May I ask what you aer becoming? (1)

Since you are a young man, let ladies know who you are by pictures (2) Upload, at least an avatar of you, however you are, to avoid any shock, if you are "not" what common sense would approve (but I think you are not a Frankentein to be hid or isolated) (3)

(4) keep on interacting with shy and introvert people on this forum: You surely get some tips, better than these.

i am a very introverted person, and have been for a long time; it seems like no matter what i do, in order to stop or reduce the levels of anxiety, it just get worse. I am 22, and i do not like what im becoming; its annoying.
I used to be a very introverted person as well, quite shy. There is nothing wrong with being introverted of course. Everyone has their own personality. If you want to change this, my advice is push the boundaries of your comfort zone - things which at the time make you feel like you would like to speak, or do something, but you feel inside the feeling of unnerving. When these events occur, push yourself to do it, and as you start pushing yourself forward in these moments, the more you do it, the more you will grow and progress in confidence.

Do you also maintain a fitness routine? Exercise can be a great help in building confidence up
