what do you mean by own?

umh. no? They sell it in ordinary grocerystores (if it has below a certain alcolhol content), the goverment controls what times they can sell it (not ofter 20.00, and not on sundays).

hm, did that answer your question?

kinda. A few years back everything was closed on sundays (cept gas stations). now wwe hve some sunday open grocery stores and cd stores (!), so I guess it won't be long... Norway is founded (after the christening of the vikings :p) on christian principles yes. but we are loosing them very fast.

ooooh. Liquor yes... thats the stuff with higher percentage. Yup, they do, but some beer and some beverages with low alcohol percentage is sold in stores (Mack, Smirnoff Ice i.e.)

well, they think (quite rightfully) that people aren't responsible enough... in norway most teens drink to get drunk, not to enjoy the drink...

Wierd. It's 21 to drink or buy, and 18 to smoke. Drugs are illegal at any age. What about over there?

W

yup, only tobacco (18) allowed here too. I thiiiiink you can have some listed drugs as medications, but mostly everything is banned. There's lots of it though, especially cannabis, extacy and heroin
