Why do we say...
"I'm sweating like a dog"......Dogs are not known for their sweating, they pant.
"She was pretty ugly"......How can something be pretty and ugly?
"I'm cold as hell".....That doesnt sound too cold.
"It left me half dead"....or did it leave you half alive?
"I could care less".....Don't you mean you COULDN'T care less?
Anyway, whatever, I could care less lol
