Ok, I'm hearing a lot lately that May 21 of this year will be the end of the world and Jesus will come back to judge us all. The groups of Christians that are proclaiming it say they have biblical evidence to support it.

Here's just one video for example: YouTube - May 21 2011 Rapture: Whoso Taketh Heed

Now I am a Christian, but I'm seriously confused and unsure about this. What do you guys think about it?

Without even looking at the video,I can tell you they are wrong.Proof? God's word says for itself,NO MAN knows the hour, nor the day. Only God knows, not even Jesus Christ the Son of God knows when it will happen. It's nothing more than a scare tactic people try and use,to strike up fear into others. Best thing to do,is simply make sure you're ready to go when it does happen. As well as all your loved ones, friends, even complete strangers. Simply prepare, make arrangements...and you have nothing to worry about.

In 1994 I believe.
Harold Camping has been wrong before, thus doesn't this make him a false prophet? He bases a lot of his "math" for the day on the same information the SDA's use.
To those proclaiming Jesus will be in a certain place or that they know the day, we're supposed to walk away from them.

Harold Camping and his believers have already been wrong more than once about when the world is going to end, plus Jesus himself said no one but the Father knows the day or the time when the end will come. Not even Jesus knows.

People do stuff like this just to get attention. They want to appear super religious by saying they know something that no other Christians do. This is a trade mark of false prophets, and they are just trying to get donations from the gullible.

No one knows the day Jesus will come, but we can know the season--that is about it. There is large list of events that hasn't taken place in order for the coming of Jesus to happen, so it is not possible that he will come on May, 21, 2011

I wouldn't worry about it. I did plenty of research on this cult. It's being spread by a radio station "ministry" that's been around for half a century. This man has made other false predictions before. His philosophy is pretty much based off of one verse that is supposed to be taken figuratively, but he is taking it extremely literally. The bible says no one will know when He will come back.
