You sound like you are on the brink of a nervous breakdown. There are so much anger and bitterness inside you. I am really sorry you are in so much pain, but all of us have problems, some small and some big, and all of us have to learn to rise above our circumstances.
You can't control the world or change the way people treat you. But you can change yourself. You need to start having positive attitude towards the world (including people) around you.You don't have to be happy clappy, but be more cheerful and friendly. People get attracted to a cheerful and friendly person. Stop being grumpy and blaming everything on everybody around you.
Be grateful for what you have, even when you feel that what you have is next to nothing. You might not be rich, but there are people on the other side of the world who have to watch their kids dying of starvation without being able to do anything about it. You might be over weight, but you are not terminally ill.
Accept and love yourself. When you do that people will start accepting and loving you. Ever thought that maybe being slightly overweight and a geek is not the problem. Maybe your depressed and negative attitude sending a wrong vibes to the people around you, preventing them to be your friends.
You are totally right! Don't spend too much time on the internet. GO AND MEET REAL PEOPLE, that is a fabulous idea. Find other people with the same point of view like yours. I came from another country too, and yes in the beginning it was difficult to fit in, but with a little flexibility on your part, you'll fit in just fine.
Look, I have a colleague who is not the most attractive person in the world. She is rather short and plump and she has a birth defect. But she is very comfortable with her body, always in a good mood, have a very good sense of humor and a positive attitude towards life. Guess what, she is one of the most popular people in our workplace. Everybody just loves to hang out with her.
You can hate me for saying all those things if you want, but as God is my witness, believe me, I am telling you this because I care about you. It's time you stop waiting for people to change and do something for yourself with the help of the Lord. Peace.
