FINALLY!! i live in Scotland and trying to find good Christian music is really hard. A lot of my mates just listen to worship music. I love ska and punk, used to listen to bands like Petra and Newsboys when i was younger.
Band i quite like is the Insyderz, especially this track Ska worship music, some of the tracks aren't as good, but a lot are mint!!

Personally, my favorite Christian musicians are more inclined towards the spiritual/hymns/contemporary gospel/praise/worship genre. I listen to Robert Randolph, Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, and the Soul/Gospel recordings Aretha Franklin made. Sadly, even the best Christian rock music cannot measure up to its secular counterpart in terms of quality, so I avoid it altogether.

killswitch engage are not Christian. there was One member in the band who professed his faith, the original vocalist (first 2 CDs). while their lyrics are positive & do show some spiritual elements & i would consider them safe for Christians from that standpoint, they are not Christian. i remember seeing an old DVD of them live & behind the scenes. they pretty much admitted they got drunk all the time. drinking was their big thing. they loved to get smashed. also, same video had them on stage making jokes about having sex with 14 yr old girls. Fruits of the spirit are not there, neither is the direct claim to be Christian.
