Lady Blue --- some absolutely stunning images there! I have only looked at a few pages. Did you ever post a picture of a "glory"? This is a full circle rainbow and can only be seen from a high altitude like a mountain or airplane. As a scientist, I can say that the physics of rainbows is very well understood. Did you know that you can only see them if the sun is behind you? A related phenomenon occurs in winter when there are ice crystals in the air. These are called "sun dogs".
