There are so many things out that will make many persons stray from the path 'GOD' intended for them and find themselves in uncalled for situations.
Many people can confirm the fact that day in and out they get tempted by the great foe, to do inadequacies and immoral things.
I myself face these tribulations and wish to find a permanent way to quell them all, because I am sure we all can agree that we are tired of the fiend and his ever tricking antics.
Well, only for a short time more will he remain and he knows it. Take a look around you, listen to the conversations of young people, take notice to how different they speak, compared to 10yrs ago and time before indefinite.
Life is very short my friends, so lets join mind, heart, body and soul, in fighting off this common enemy of ours and his temptations.
Prayer against temptations:
Dear our heavenly Father, as we travel this road filled with detours and wrong paths, we ask that you be the light for us in these darken days. We ask that you allow your Holy Son Jesus Christ to wash his blood over us, cleanse us of our iniquities, fill us up with love for one another and remind us that, the nearer we are to you, the better this life will be for us.
May you keep watch over us in our time of rise and hours fall. May you continue to be our shield when the enemy attack us, may you be that rock we can take shelter from harm and the bosom we can run to for comfort.
In Jesus name,
We give you thanks and praises.

The trouble with temptation is that so long as we are bound to this flesh, we will always face temptation. It is a characteristic of our humanity and will always be there during our time on earth. If you were somehow able to remove temptation completely, then you could in a sense say that there would be no need to go to God for help because we fixed the problem ourselves, therefore cutting him out of the picture. His plan for us includes facing temptation so that we might go to him for help and guidance in breaking those chains. I don't think he ever intended us to be capable of fixing any of the mortal issues we face on our own. He wants us to rely on him.

It's just too bad that all that is easier to say than it is to apply. :/

Well, indeed your answer is sufficient and proof worthy, I which others could have a point of view such as yourself.
More people in today's society need to continuously find means that is good, to fend off the wards of evil and day-to-day temptations. Because as it is, things are getting worse and from what I've noticed in younger persons than myself, they've got their work cut out for them.

Hey, I just had to weigh in on all this... I've definitely struggled with my share of temptations through the years - still do. Thought that maybe once I got married, those would go away. Unfortunately, temptations never cease. I think the trick is to never let your guard down. The times I've fallen the hardest is when I thought I had things under control. I will never have it under control, but as long as I focus on God, I can get through it. However, as was already mentioned, it's a lot easier to say that than to live it. I think we all need to pray for each other to help us keep strength and keep focused. :)
