I love the show Impractical Jokers. No matter what mood I may be in, I always find myself laughing at episodes I've seen even multiple times. I don't much shows besides that. Mostly it's just sports, or the news.

Currently Gotham and Once Upon a Time.
The Office, Psych, and Frasier are probably my favorites though.

I find most TV shows (or channels as a whole) annoying.

I enjoy Masterchef UK and Masterchef New Zealand though , and I used to watch Mythbusters
