nuts are the worse!!! Ohh and any kind of soda does it for me! or anything greasy....or fried......or smothered in gravy.... ALLL foods really for me lol

i HATE when that happens to me....... cause i'll be out somewhere and think ooohhhh yeah i can eat that... i ate that a couple weeks ago and was fine........ then the next time BAM............ n the bathroom for a whole week lol
