Ok, so here's my thought,

in the first generation, The first man and woman ate of the fruit of the tree of life,

this made other man able to eat it because man was allowed to eat it,

eating of the fruit of the tree of life meant they had passed their trials, and were found acceptable to live forever as they are.

Man was given choice of what to do without fear because he proved that he could follow well and could navigate the life around him.

in the first generation man ate of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. This was unadvisable, and caused anger.

when this happened, it happened to all men because everyone sprang from the first man and woman

human kind now had the knowledge of good and evil imparted into them,

now humans live their lives seeking out the good, and avoiding and fighting against evil.

in the fight against evil, humans are aware of their immediate interruption, but it makes them face away from their real problem.

this makes them guilty, as their underlying problem goes by unaddressed

the knowledge of good and evil is utilized in almost everything they do, they keep it close always like a protection

they keep it close, they judge almost all things by it, it is used as justification to hurt each other, force rules, and judge each other.

it makes life a test, each day a trial, living forever would be a burden some couldn't bare, so they have to die,

these are the consequences of eating the fruit.

but this protection could only be obtained through an act of disobedience to their Creator.

But they keep it close anyway, and use it everyday.

this means they hold on to their disobedience and makes each new generation guilty still

for refusal to turn away from their disobedience, humans still treat the knowledge of evil as something worthwhile to have,

but if they refused to include the knowledge of good and evil in their thoughts, and turned away from it, and learned to live ignoring it, who could say they did not repent of their disobedience, side with their creator, and who could say rightly that they should not be forgiven.

The better we take up with plain things, and the less we seek things to gratify pride and luxury, the nearer we approach to innocency. Nature is content with a little of this and that which is most natural; grace with less; but lust craves every thing, and is content with nothing. No delights can be satisfying to the soul, but those which God himself has provided and appointed for it. Eden signifies delight and pleasure. Wherever it was, it had all desirable conveniences, without any inconvenience, though no other house or garden on earth ever was so. It was adorned with every tree pleasant to the sight, and enriched with every tree that yielded fruit grateful to the taste and good for food. God, as a tender Father, desired not only Adam's profit, but his pleasure; for there is pleasure with innocency, When Providence puts us in a place of plenty and pleasure, we ought to serve God with gladness of heart in the good things he gives us. Eden had two trees peculiar to itself. 1. There was the tree of life in the midst of the garden. Of this man might eat and live. Christ is now to us the Tree of life, Re 2:7; 22:2; and the Bread of life, Joh 6:48,51. 2. There was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, so called because there was a positive revelation of the will of God about this tree, so that by it man might know moral good and evil. What is good? It is good not to eat of this tree. What is evil? It is evil to eat of this tree. In these two trees God set before Adam good and evil, the blessing and the curse.

Why does no one talk about this

downer...but no one talks about it, BECAUSE it is not true

22And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.

23So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.

24After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

and that's why no one talks about it

are you writing a fictional account of Genesis?

Did you read past this at all, because the thing he started writing stopped four lines in and went to what you pointed out
