I agree 100% the papacy dissent fit the bill of the "Man of Sin"
Daniel 11:37 strongly suggest that this future human man will be a Jew/Hebrew in his descent, as the Jew worshipped the true God.

I do not think that is the case, though Israel, and Jerusalem more specifically, will be jostled over between the Kingdom of the North and the Kingdom of the South. The later king of the North in the succession of wars and kings of North and South, he is that Man of Sin. This one will overflow with the arms of a flood by flatteries. He will enter the holy land and turn his face against the people of the covenant and set up his abomination.

I see the false teaching known as "Millennialism" being the foundation for seating the future "Man If Sin"
Jews are looking for their Messiah/Meshiach.
The New Age is looking for a return of the great teacher/prophet.
The apostate church is looking for a physical Jesus returned, to take a physical throne of David, to start a Millennial Kingdom on this earth.

I guess so, I never really thought of that! It's surely a complicated subject but one potential outcome I guess is while people are looking forward to something, something else is happening around. you know, that old magicians trick! I probably am a bit of a millennialist myself though! The one thing I do feel sure of is remembering that the cross isn't only about atonement, it's also about Pentecost so if the Holy Spirit is being supressed it's completely undermining the cross. The 'unforgivable sin' is totally misunderstood IMO it wasn't said to make people afraid if they've committed it but to make them super alert to make sure they are damn careful spiritually and it couldn't have been stated any more powerfully and yet (and I feel like a jerk to be human sometimes) even this has precious little effect on spiritual discernment!
The purpose of joining this forum was to speak the truth to anyone who wants to hear it, specifically as it relates to who and what antichrist is.
The Lord has spoken to me.
Before you criticize me for saying that the Lord has spoken to me, consider that He certainly has spoken to people who cried out to Him asking the Lord for the truth, and asking Him to open their eyes.
Throughout the prophets people are spoken of as calling upon the Lord,
Especially in the latter times, people who were blind and yet saw, deaf and yet heard.
Isaiah is filled with such prophecies, as well as other scriptures.
I've been a believer in the one who I now know isn't "Jesus", but who is Yehoshua, the LORD who delivered me, since 1981.
I first believed in Him because He did 3 things. He loved me, He forgave me, He gave me life.
Shortly following believing in The Son of God, I began to do something which almost all "believers" do.
I began to stop being led into ALL truth by the Holy Spirit, and I attended bible studies and sat squarely at teaching and doctrines of others.
I followed who the Lord calls hirelings.
And as the Lord told the church at Ephesus, I left my first love.
It was 14 months ago, March 18 2019
That this was all finally revealed to me by the Lord.
I asked Him why after all these years I was so unsure of so many scripture verses, and why I didn't have the peace which I had when I first believed, I asked the Lord these questions in turmoil and tears.
And then I heard HIS voice.
He Said:
"Why was paul the thirteenth apostle? It was then at that moment that I began to really ask the Lord for the truth about all of the things that I struggled with, and He's been giving me understanding and peace ever since.
Paul was not an apostle.
The Lord Yehoshua NEVER chose him as an apostle!
In fact, now after over a year of intense scrutiny of this saul/paul, I see clearer than ever that his doctrines, his manner, his "gospel
Are not of the Lord.
The ways that he claimed to have seen the Lord are all now in line with lies and deception and warnings from the Lord Himself. I've learned that paul regularly quoted Greek philosophers in his writings, I've also leaned and now see that paul doesn't quote one of the teachings of the Son of God ay all.
The 13th apostle?
The Revelation speaks of the foundations of the city being named after the 12 apostles, not 13.
I could write much more that the LORD has shown, but suffice it to say that if you're looking for who and what the antichrist is,, I'd say it would be better to search for who the beast and harlot of revelation are.
The "church" as you know it today is not of God, it is a beast, and it is a harlot, the deeds of the Nicolaitans are what you see.
The ones who Lord power and authority over others, through false doctrines of devils written by a Pharisee.
