Explaining away Jesus’ words by jailing them is blasphemy is it not?
He said you heard it said that you must love your neighbors and hate your enemies (YHWH) but I say you must love your enemies. (Jesus directly attacks YHWHs directive). I’d say Jesus is correct and this is a Christian group.
Jesus said that we should love our enemies. He did not say:

"And, I want you to love them more and treat them better than anyone else including Me and my Father - because this "trumps" all things whatsoever I have told you..." (in the scriptures)

I am not "explaining away" anything. I am not "jailing" anything. I said what I said to make a point about where it should fit in the big picture of things.

I did not mean that we should not love our enemies as the Lord instructed.

I did mean that we should consider it in light of all of scripture - not disregarding any principles found in scripture.

Actually, I think He does say we should love our enemies more than others because even the tax collectors love their own. I’m sure you have read what I am referring to. I think Jesus goes on to reason that there’s no gain in loving what you already love or something to that effect. Honestly, I am not comfortable criticizing anything or anyone in this area of expertise because I am no expert and never set out to be. Especially if they clock in trying to help.

Jesus loved the money changers in the temple-----
But, He took a whip and ran them out of the temple turning over their tables.
We should love our enemies but not their sin.
We must use any means necessary to stop their actions.
Even violence just as Jesus did.
These evil people attacked and murdered people and Israel answered in the only way they understand.
They have said time and time again that they will kill all Jews.
Their religion even teaches that their false god will give special rewards to all who kill Jews and anyone who does not worship their false god.
Israel should kill all that do such evil acts.
Those who survive, God will kill when Jesus returns.
I stand with Israel.
And I will say this also.
I pray I will never have to take another's life, but IF anyone tries to harm my family or any innocent person, I will not turn the other cheek, I will kill them in the blink of an eye.

Do you consider yourself a Christian?
I know I am a child of God.
Would you turn the other cheek if an evil person tried to harm a member of your family or an innocent person?

Do you consider yourself a Christian?
The word Christian means many things to many people.
Most do not have a clue the original meaning of the word is.
I prefer to be called a child of God, a believer, a follower of Jesus .
