No, Father Ratzinger is being investigated for turning a blind eye, not for abuse. You again misconstrue to fit your narrative better.
So they suspect he was an accessory to the crime. Just as bad mr smarty pants. If found guilty, which money will tell... He should go to prison for a long time for allowing such horrible things done to lil boys.

Guy I didn't say the grand jury was bought ...I said cosby has money and our justice system should not allow folks like him to get off just because he can use his money and power to rape more women.
Then who was bought? In a Grand Jury decision, only one group of people make the decision, the Grand Jury. They decide to indict or not. They don't even decide guilt or innocence, just is there enough?

In essence, if this is a miscarriage of justice, either the investigators didn't do enough due diligence or the Grand Jury were bought or morons.

Honestly, Mitspa, I'm more convinced of the latter than the former.

I agree its just as bad. However, the deflection of "well its just as bad" doesn't fix the fact that what you were accusing him of, no one is accusing him of.

Guy he has raped at least 50 women...it bigger than this one grand jury and if he didn't have money and power he would have been locked up long ago .... But he uses his money and power to attack the women he raped and buy enough lawyers to keep him out of jail ... The man should be in jail..period and I don't care who agrees ... Im saying what every honest person should be saying about a man that has raped 50 women.

Actually, no I didn't. The American Justice system goes like this:

A Crime is committed.
The Crime is investigated by the police.
The evidence against the perpetrator is brought to the DA's office.
The DA decides if there is enough evidence to charge the person with the crime in court.
A Grand Jury is convened to decide if there is enough evidence to bring the charge to trial.
The trial begins, two lawyers argue before a judge or a jury of 12 people.
The Jury deliberates and acquits or finds the defendant guilty.

The Grand Jury decided there wasn't enough evidence. They are the only ones who make that choice. In the US Justice System, you cannot go to trial unless the Grand Jury indicts, which still does not label the person guilty, but that there is enough evidence to argue that the person may be guilty.

Now who is deflecting? Focus Thomist. He allowed sexual abuse. He probably watched. Since the man made traditions lend a man to be sexually frustrated; well, that is why we have all the sick stuff going on in the RC "church"

In every instance money and power influence it all.... and cosby has used his money and power to continue to rape as many women as he desires.

I agree he should be in prison, for the rest of his life (by the way). However, I am thankful that the Justice system is not in my hands or yours solely. We've had enough of the lynch mobs. Its time for America to not be swayed and turned aside and to do the right thing. Put pedophiles in prison (or chemically castrate them), put rapists in prison, get Obama out of office, apologize to Netanyahu for the past 8 years, and reinstitute every sanction against Iran. The issue is that everything is being dangled before us that we are turning and accusing and allowing people to be tried by Fox News or CNN instead of a Jury. That's why these people get away with it. Who wants the "story" to end when it makes so much money.

[h=1]Catholic Church sexual abuse cases[/h] From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(Redirected from Catholic sex abuse cases)

Graffiti on a Lisbon wall depicting a priest chasing two children

The Catholic Church sexual abuse cases are a series of 20th-21st century cases of child sexual abuse crimes (and subsequent cover-ups) committed by Catholic priests, nuns, and members of the Roman Catholic orders. The numerous allegations, investigations, trials and convictions include crimes against boys and girls, some as young as 3 years old, with the majority between the ages of 11 and 14.[SUP][1][/SUP][SUP][2][/SUP][SUP][3][/SUP][SUP][4][/SUP] The accusations began to receive wide publicity in the late 1980s. Many relate to cases in which a figure was accused of abuse for decades; such allegations were frequently made by adults or older youths years after the abuse occurred. Cases have also been brought against members of the Catholic hierarchy who covered up sex abuse allegations, moving allegedly abusive priests to other parishes, where abuse sometimes continued.[SUP][5][/SUP][SUP][6][/SUP]
The cases received significant media and public attention throughout the world, especially in Ireland, Canada, and the United States. Members of the Church's hierarchy have argued that media coverage was excessive and disproportionate, and that such abuse takes place in other religions and institutions.[SUP][7][/SUP] A series of television documentaries in the 1990s, such as "Suffer the children" (UTV, 1994), brought the issue to national attention in Ireland.[SUP][8][/SUP] A critical investigation by The Boston Globe in 2002 led to widespread media coverage of the issue in the United States. By 2010, much of the reporting focused on abuse in Europe.[SUP][9][/SUP][SUP][10][/SUP]
From 2001 to 2010 the Holy See, the central governing body of the Catholic Church, considered sex abuse allegations concerning about 3,000 priests dating back up to fifty years.[SUP][11][/SUP] Cases worldwide reflect patterns of long-term abuse, and the church hierarchy regularly covering up reports of alleged abuse.[SUP][note 1][/SUP] Diocesan officials and academics knowledgeable about the Roman Catholic Church say that sexual abuse by clergy is generally not discussed, and thus is difficult to measure.[SUP][12][/SUP][SUP][13][/SUP] In the Philippines, where as of 2002 at least 85% of the population is Catholic, revelations of child sexual abuse by priests followed the United States' reporting in 2002.[SUP][14][/SUP]
Some studies claim that priests in the Catholic Church may not be any more likely than other men to commit abuse.[SUP][11][/SUP][SUP][15][/SUP][SUP][16][/SUP][SUP][17][/SUP] In addition, the rate of abuse by priests had fallen sharply in the last twenty to thirty years. Some 75% of the cases in the United States occurred between 1960 and 1985.[SUP][11][/SUP] Pope Benedict XVI adopted transparency for the church in abuse matters. In 2010, allegations of a sexual nature against Roman Catholic priests in the US numbered eight.[SUP][18][/SUP]

So, blondie, according to you, celibacy leads to child molestation?

Are you married? When was the last time you looked at a 9 year old boy and lusted? You must have, because if you aren't married, then its just a matter of time until your tempted. Or at least thats the logic you've put here.

Also, your comment of he "probably watched" speaks more horrors of your sick and twisted mind than his, since again, you have FALSELY ACCUSED A MAN YOU DON'T KNOW BECAUSE HE'S A PRIEST!

What's next blondie, a racist diatribe against other peoples cultures...oops forgot. You already are going after the Japanese.

Jesus said that the Samaritan was the man's neighbor. Samaritans were a mixed people hated by the Jews for worshipping false gods. Interestingly, Jesus characterized the man as His neighbor, while you say its okay to bear false witness because he's not your brother. Utterly sickening.

Your analogy is flawed. Its actually kinda funny.
Im not part of a satanic religion so satan isnt my god. Im not serving satan .I have the wisdom of the Lord.I have authrity over satan possessing me to do such horrific things. I have the mind of Christ.
God didnt ordain the celibacy. God said its good to have a wife not a little boy.
I said probably. Thats not a definite.
Do you see how volatile you get with this RC stuff. This should tell you something.

Btw way : he isnt a priest in Gods eyes so I dont see him that way. I see him as a blind man who needs salvation

It is truly sad that you seem to not have empathy, nor love in your heart for those that disagree with you. Again, I am no better.
