This Week’s Spygate Trial Is Bad News For Hillary Clinton

Despite machinations attempting to hide the full truth of how Spygate conspiracies to entrap Donald Trump were spun, lots will come out into the open.

Subpoenaed Fusion GPS employee Laura Seago is likely to stay mum during questioning at the criminal trial of Michael Sussmann that starts this week.

Her silence will be yet further evidence that the Hillary Clinton campaign financed and seeded the Russia collusion hoax to both the press and U.S. intelligence agencies.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin this morning in a D.C. federal court in the criminal case against former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann.

While Sussmann faces a single charge of making a false statement to former FBI General Counsel James Baker, proof of that federal crime requires prosecutors to show Sussmann lied when he shared Alfa Bank data and whitepapers with Baker, telling the FBI lawyer that he was not acting on behalf of a client.

To prove that lie, Durham’s team, led by long-time prosecutor Andrew DeFilippis, will present evidence to the jury that Sussmann, in fact, was acting on behalf of two clients—the Clinton campaign and tech executive Rodney Joffe.

The special counsel has already previewed much of the evidence it intends to present over the course of the expected two-week trial.

Prosecutors will first seek to establish that the Alfa-Bank hoax—a conspiracy theory that claimed Donald Trump had established a secret communications channel with the Russia-based Alfa Bank—originated with Sussmann’s client, Joffe, but was then shared with the Clinton campaign through its Perkins and Coie attorneys.

For those of us that have an EYE for WINNING in this style of WARFARE - we're about to see MORE OVERT WINNING for the rest to view and enjoy as well...
It's kinda like the Sports Expert who can tell after the first period of a Basketball Game the team that is dominating the offensive and defensive rebounds (even if it does not reflect on the scoreboard); or the team that is dominating the offensive and defensive line of scrimmage in a Football Game; or the UFC strategist who has a reputation for taking their opponent into the deep end (last round/over time) only to showcase their dominant endurance and more versatile capability and skill sets for the final submission... Even if during the bought it appeared that they had suffered (absorbed) the majority of the superficial punches... as a means to force their opponent to empty their tank without any formidable offense or defense left in the end...

Now let’s just middle it and take the 10% for simplicity’s sake. Google alleges Twitters user count is around 290 million users. Meaning roughly 29 million accounts are fake. 29 million accounts, being used by entities looking to sway public perception and drive narratives.

This is how they fool sheep into supporting their insanity. They prey on natural human emotional group-think tendencies. Monkey see, monkey do.

A human, and most animals, naturally aims to be accepted and in the “group”. They are terrified of being ostracized. So when weak minded sheep see a post with 10k likes, they are naturally inclined to WANT to be on the side with the majority, regardless of their actual views.

With 30+ million bots out there, the public could be manipulated into: giving away all their freedoms, ignoring natural immunity, believing men can have children, supporting nazis, slaughtering unborn children, vote for Joe Biden…

There is an interesting game of chess going on here between Elon and the management of Twitter over the proportion of accounts on Twitter that are “genuine”—that is, real people—as opposed to various kinds of automated accounts or information warfare sock puppets.

Both sides know a lot more than they are letting on, and both are playing a game of chess over it.

On the surface, it matters a lot because Twitter, as a public company, has made statements to its advertisers and investors through the years about the size, growth and makeup of its Twitter account user base, and if it is revealed that they “fudged the numbers”, there will be hell to pay.

Now that a well-heeled buyer is involved with doing due diligence prior to closing a transaction to take Twitter private—it really matters in a legal sense, too.

Is the number of “fake” accounts 5% or less — as Twitter itself claims — or is it closer to 50%?

Twitter has literally spent years defrauding it's investors by allowing a very large amount of the accounts on the platform to be bots and then driving up the stock price based on counting those fake accounts as real users.

Elon appears to be about to expose it.

If this goes to litigation, Musk is going to have a very real legitimate argument that he had to trust the board's 5% figure in their public filings & disclosures.

He was an outsider, and he's going to have a case that he was misled into offering a price that was vastly inflated over the service's real value if the # of users that bots turn out to be 10% or more.

Ex-Trump WH Staffer Posts 128K-plus Emails From Seized Hunter Biden Laptop

A former White House staffer during the Trump administration has apparently posted more than 120,000 emails from Hunter Biden's now-infamous laptop computer, which was seized by the FBI in 2019.

Garrett Ziegler, 26, previously an aide to Peter Navarro, former Trump economic adviser, reportedly uploaded 128,775 emails to a searchable database this week through his organization, Marco Polo.

The site, BidenLaptopEmails.com, allows users to download all the supposed Hunter Biden emails for Mac or Windows computers.

The emails reportedly span from December 2009 to March 2019 — shortly before Hunter Biden dropped off his MacBook Pro at a Delaware computer store, but never returned to pick it up.

The database reportedly does not include other material from Hunter's laptop, such as text messages, photos or documents.

Among the reported highlights, according to the Daily Mail:

The ''10 for the big guy'' message, which potentially links President Joe Biden to son Hunter's overseas business dealings — during Joe Biden's time as vice president (2009-17) — through a 10% equity stake in a Chinese energy conglomerate.

Hunter Biden describing an apparent quid pro quo with a Mexican billionaire's son, outlining how Biden got him into the White House and presidential inauguration ceremony, and then thanking him for visits to a villa.

In a statement on the site, Marco Polo — which bills itself as a "nonprofit research group exposing corruption and blackmail to drive an American renaissance" — characterized Hunter Biden's laptop as "a modern Rosetta Stone of white and blue collar crime."
