Just because you don’t understand the plan, and just because you don’t like the plan doesn’t mean that there isn’t a covert plan that is founded upon the rule of law and the law of war… Optics plays a big role in such covert operations….
But make no mistake in both scenarios there is a covert opposition resistance force that is fighting the DS the entire way.
Remember the real objective in Irregular Warfare and Information Warfare is to influence the relevant population to your side…. And in both scenarios the side of Good has won the Battle of Control in their ability to win the population to resist the DS…. Those are just undeniable facts in the nature of this style of warfare…
But you wouldn’t know that because your CIA influenced Info Wars is deliberately NOT explaining it, or is completely Ignorant about the real objects and goals in this type of warfare…

So, finally after 35 long years this victim has built up the courage to come forward... y'know, because it wasn't enough when so many other women "came forward" during the President's first run. I wonder how many more women will suddenly remember that Trump raped them this time. I don't know if this is desperation, or something they are just doing because it's a gun with infinite ammo... and if you have infinite ammo, you might as well shoot... At least we have some time left before the enraged feminists mass up and get in formation and all media becomes polluted with their grotesque demonstrations.

I just wish they would come up with something original... like, say Trump is colluding with space-aliens or something. Or that he is working with Elon Musk to build a planet-destroying superlaser on the moon... or at least go with pop-culture trends and blame the Crystal Lake murders in the 1990's on Trump.

They also want to "protect government science" from "political influence"- IOW- President Trump, or anyone that doesn't blindly accept their conclusions. Them wanting to create an autocracy through "science" isn't anything new; but we can expect them to make pushes in legislation toward this end soon enough.

I think we can expect more of the same shenanigans as round 1, except they will probably double down. The media will consistently cover the bureaucratic agencies, and then Trump and say "See, everybody? Trump is wrong, the bureaucratic agency even says so!" and that will be their strategy.

The thing is, if you ask any bureaucratic agency about anything, they are always going to maximize their own importance (they want funding... hello?). If they could get away with it, the postal service would convince the country that the consumer economy will collapse by 2030 if they don't get funding for Gas-turbine powered, armored&tracked delivery vehicles complete with letter turrets and parcel launchers; and all terrain bi-pedal delivery-mechs by 2050. But somehow life always seems to go on without implementing the extreme measures offered by the bureaucracy. The way forward is always somewhere in between the impractical bureaucratic ideals, and "we will just do more with less" magic.
