DanRadiostyle getting frustrated with all the people getting frustrated. A lot of people aren't afraid of America becoming unrecognizable, because to them it already is. It's like a cancer patient that had too much chemo. Then on top of that- they are being told that things are getting better, while they watch things get worse by any objective measure. Then on top of that- people aren't sure if we even have a legitimate government anymore; then on top of that- they aren't sure which is worse: a non-elect government or an elect government that fails horribly. People don't want to live this way, in this contemptible self-loathing version of America that hates it's own citizens and calls itself "progressive" while un-doing progress. It's like a man married to a wife who cheats and slips poison into his dinner and his friends tell him "she will come around".
I don't think the people are fearful; I think they're angry- and they should be angry; and they will probably be more angry when they hear more bad news- and that anger usually generates negative speculation- which in turn makes people even more angry. And that's when you have to break out Psalm 4 and handle things in a biblical manner.
Answer me when I call,
O God of my righteousness!
You have relieved my distress;
show me grace and hear my prayer.
How long, O men, will my honor be maligned?
How long will you love vanity and seek after lies?
Selah
Know that the LORD has set apart the godly for Himself;
the LORD hears when I call to Him.
Be angry, yet do not sin;
on your bed, search your heart and be still.
Selah
Offer the sacrifices of the righteous
and trust in the LORD.
Many ask, “Who can show us the good?”
Shine the light of Your face upon us, O LORD.
You have filled my heart with more joy
than when grain and new wine abound.
I will lie down and sleep in peace,
for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.
Dan is definitely right about one thing; I'm sure there's going to be more people trying to captialize on that anger like the guy in Dan's chat saying "the people need to rise up"- and like he said that's exactly what the DS wants- an uprising with no organization and no unity to rise up... so they can lawfully squash it with violence. They would LOVE that.
Dan shares the bad news with the good. It's not a bad thing to share the bad news; if something is important, the truth needs to be shared whether it is good or bad. But if you want to inspire hope, you kinda have to share more good news than bad. Trump, and I would say Ramaswamy as well, do bring some hope; but they fall into negativity traps as well- so reactions to them are not always going to be super-positive.
