Noah's Ark & Ron Wyatt:

1.) The orthodox view on Noah's ark has always been that the story describes a factual, historic event.

2.) If the ark story describes a factual, historic event, does that also obligate the Christian to accept any PARTICULAR claim a person makes regarding that event?

3.) Surely not.

4.) So, although the orthodox view of the ark story is that it describes an historic, factual event, and Christians should therefore accept it as an historic event, that still fails to leave us with an obligation, or a necessity, to accept any PARTICULAR set of external claims regarding the event.

5.) Ron Wyatt:
If we take Ron Wyatt's claims, and hold them up to the scrutiny of genuine scholars and archaeologists, both secular and Christian, we might find his claims to be deficient.

6.) However, even if we examine Wyatt's claims, and we should find them deficient when held up to scholarly scrutiny, that would still have no bearing, whatsoever, on the authenticity of the Bible.

7.) The Bible is still true.
The Bible is true whether or not Wyatt turns out to be a good archaeologist.
The Bible is true whether or not we find a boat.
The Bible is true because it is "God breathed"... not because we locate some particular thing.

I encourage everyone to do their own study.
God Bless.

Don't stop there

1. We know at the end of the Ice Age that sea level was so low that the Black sea was a lake and was not connected to the ocean. A town has been discovered at the bottom of the black sea.

2. We also know that a meteor hit the Indian ocean at the end of the last ice age. We can see the impact crater at the bottom of the ocean and we have 1,000 foot high Chevron's on Madagascar with sea shells from the ocean bottom that was the result of the Tsunami and tells us exactly when this impact was. This meteor was so powerful it would have sent a tremendous amount of sea water as steam up into the stratosphere, it would have circled the globe and then returned to earth as hot rain. This could explain 40 days and nights of rain.

3. We also know that as a result there were massive flash floods coming down out of the highest mountains. Because they were glaciated highlands the rain became a flood. We can calculate the depth of the water from the size of the ripple currents and this corroborates the account of Noah's flood and how deep the flood water was.

4. At the same time 200 different species of large animals and ungulates all went extinct on all the continents. There is no plausible explanation for this. You can argue that man hunted them to extinction, but that is absurd on many counts. We tried to hunt buffalo to extinction and didn't and that was with repeater rifles and bounties being paid. If the animals had been hunted to extinction we would see bones and skins in our archaeological digs and we don't. The other hypothesis is that some disease that affected 200 different species on six different continents wiped them all out. Again, absurd and again no evidence of this. As a result almost all of our large domesticated animals come from the fertile crescent, the only two exceptions being the Llama and the guinea pig.

5. There are over 100 different accounts of this flood and many of them describe key aspects like a boat saving the animals and 8 souls being in the boat.

Yeah ok, just ignore all the evidence, we all know convid was a control measure along side masks, there will always be denialists even when the truth is out there. But hey ho, your choice😊
Yes, the medical profession had very little reason to wear masks before COVID-19.

Sure. 🤦
