Saudi Arabia Goes to To DefCon 2
The UK may be out, but Saudi Arabia isn’t taking any chances. Moments ago, Reuters reported that the
regime which as we reportedis behind the entire conflict in Syria (hint: nat gas) has raised its level of military alertness in anticipation of a possible Western strike in Syria, sources familiar with the matter said on Friday. Saudi Arabia’s defense readiness, their version of DefCon, has been raised to “two” from “five”, a Saudi military source who declined to be named told Reuters. “One” is the highest level of alert. “It is a must, no one knows what will happen,” he said. And so all those who thought there would be no war and sold off gold and crude, are suddenly caught short. More curious is why Saudi is leaking this information to the media: another provocation, and an attempt to accelerate a conflict which is rapidly fizzling? Remember: for Saudi Arabia “no war” is the worst possible outcome. If so, expect more mysterious “chemical attacks” in the coming hours and days to cement the Western resolve to blow up Assad.

Netanyahu chastises minister for criticising Obama's delay in striking Syria
Uri Ariel said it is "unnecessary to wait for tens of thousands of children to die" before intervening in Syria.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu chastised Housing and Construction Minister Uri Ariel after the latter criticised U.S. President Barak Obama's reticence on striking Syria.
Netanyahu raised the issue of Ariel's remarks, which had been made just an hour earlier in an interview with Army Radio, at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting in Jerusalem.
Ariel told the interviewers that "It's unnecessary to wait for tens of thousands of children to die in Syria before intervening. When you gas the population, it's evident that you intend to indiscriminately murder thousands of women and children. Enough of this, he [Assad] is a murderous coward. Take him out."
Netanyahu told his ministers during the subsequent that the Syrian chemical weapon crisis is still at its zenith, and remains a sensitive situation.
"We're responsibly and managing the situation according to logic," said Netanyahu. "There is no place for private expression. We have strict, centralized management, and that's how a responsible government conducts itself. So I ask that you all continue to act responsibly," continued Netanyahu.
"I ask that you refrain from acting carelessly and irresponsibly toward our ally, the U.S., just to earn yourselves a headline. I'm calling on all of you to continue acting responsibly. It is important for the safety of Israeli civilians. Israel will continue to defend itself and continue to preserve its strategic alliances. You all were elected to serve the Israeli people in government, and these kinds of statements are a disservice to the Israeli people," said Netanyahu.

"refrain from acting carelessly and irresponsibly toward our ally, the U.S"?
what does the US HAVE TO DO WITH SYRIA?
and why is OBAMA being pressured to strike Syria?
oh...because he accepted the "nomination" to be POTUS.
and with it, the agenda that was already underway.
read the israeli papers from the 90's.
they spelled out exactly how this was going to go down.
what a joke.
