Assuming that they will only be used for the benign-sounding purposes that their proponents claim (which is highly unlikely), human microchips are a privacy nightmare that is much worse than credit cards and cash. Because human microchips transmit information via
RFID and GPS signals, criminals can easily hijack personal information by intercepting transmission signals.
