Sure, in the Spanish flu 104 years ago, 50 million people died. They had no vaccines, limited medical care. Is that what you mean by letting your own system didn't work for them? Only 6 million died of COVID. I doubt the vaxes did anything, they did not help me! And all those natural things, I do daily. My gut has improved remarkably. Of course, I've been a vegetarian for 52 years, and grow all my organic vegetables. No junk food is owed in my house!
But eating healthy didn't stop me from getting COVID, nor has it stopped all my autoimmune diseases. My fibromyalgia is the worst it has been in 12 years, since I first was diagnosed with it. My RA is doing well, the biologic I am on is incredibly strong, and it has knocked out my flares.
A STRONG immune system means the body is attacking the immune system. A normal immune system does not attack itself. It just defends the body against foreign substances, like bacteria and viruses. For people with autoimmune diseases, the body can't tell which cells belong to the body and which are foreign, so it attacks everything! It's also why people with autoimmune diseases usually have more than one. I have 4 of them.
