That is absolutely correct. The White House, Congress, the Senate, DOJ, FBI, DHS, DOD, the Supreme Court, etc. are now all lawless entities headed up by lawless people. Which means that criminals are in charge of America.
However, the Sicilian Mafia (La Cosa Nostra) even had a code of conduct, which these people do not have. "They were more concerned with being honorable men". The Founding Fathers never imagined that criminals would be governing the United States with impunity. Therefore they did not include this problem in the Constitution, and how it should be addressed.
