Cool pictures of the swans Herald
Yeah, pretty wild! When they started swimming towards the dock at a friends cabin, I was amazed. When one hopped up on the dock, I couldn't believe it-- It occurred to me when I was face to face with it, and it's size, I didn't know what to expect, but, I stayed calm and kept taking pictures. When they realized I didn't have any handouts, they decided to head back out.

I"m pretty sure it was the same day Ted Cruz conceeded, or that was the paper headline that day. I don't see why people can't see it as a sign. I've been warning about earthquakes trumpeting last days, picketing for traditional marriage, and advocating for the unborn, and I happen to be at a remote lake when Cruz conceeds and Swans just happen to swim up to the dock? I've never been more than 50 feet from a Swan or so. Something like that makes the hardships of living here worth it. I believe God rewarded me for proclaiming the conservative Christian message, with Swans trumpeting across the lake. I"ve never heard Swans trumpeting-- truly amazing birds!

So.............you're saying that swans doing what swans do in a part of the world that they do it naturally is a sign from God???

View attachment 149321

That would be like me jumping on here and saying that I saw a couple of pronghorns grazing on the plains east of where I live (this time of year you can't drive more that a few miles without seeing a group of them somewhere) and declaring that it's a sign from God.

Show me those Trumpeter Swans swimming in Rampart Reservoir (just outside of Co Springs) and then I'll think about buying that it's a sign from God since that is well outside their normal migratory territory.

Hey! Don't rain on my Swan Song... it is the timing with Donald Trump (Trumpeter Swans) and the Revelations trumpets, and things I have been saying. I've never been to that cabin that I can remember. This is an easy one for divine signs-- I believe a POWERFUL confirmation, not just a casual coincidence. What amazing birds! Angelic messengers to me--

While Hillary Clinton is also a strong leader, as a conservative Christian, I can not concur with her support of Planned Parenthood, or her stand on non-traditional marriage.

you are aware that Trump is not anti-abortion and not anti-gay-marriage either, right?

there are no candidates remaining who are pro-life or pro-marriage.
God has willed it that we will have to vote on the basis of something other than those two issues.
He's making our motives clear.

so will we vote because we hate someone (anyone but Clinton? just say no to arabic people? out with the hispanics?) --- i think God isn't letting us hide behind excuses this time.

Maybe we should make it its own thread!?! So that others can come forward and find comfort in knowing there are others out there. :)
You've got another here.
And sometimes, you know those curly light bulbs, I can hold one at the base, shortly after unscrewing it from a lamp, and they flicker...not real bright, but if I set it down it stops, but if I pick it back up and hold the base tightly, it will flicker on. Creeps me out, but I feel a little like Uncle Festor. I'm not gonna try putting one in my mouth, though, lol. Those bulbs have mercury in them, I wonder if that has something to do with it.

Btw, you all know I like to kid around to help keep from going COMPLETELY insane...I think...but I am serious about this and the street lights as well. *_*

Wha???
I keep telling you to pray for God to create a pre fall Adam!!! Arent you doing that?
So, if you arent,I guess youll have to settle for what we have to pick from.
If you dont vote you are not a responsible adult. If you vote for killary you are as evil as she is. If you vote for Trump, you are only hoping that he can do some good with what he is dealt.

In a recent news story here, "A simple guide to Trump's plans for America," Jim Tankersley and Max Ehrentreund, "The Washington Post" (Anchorage Daily News, May 5th, 2016), it states that Trump abandoned his views on reproductive rights, and opposes abortion as of 2011. Trump is also quoted as saying to CNN's Jake Tapper earlier in 2016 in a "State of the Union," program that "I am for traditional marriage."

These are two main reasons why I am supporting Mr. Trump, along with Alaska's delegation in Washington. He also is quoted as saying in this same news story that gun control has done little to stop violence such as in Chicago, and that if citizens in France had been armed, they could have intervened. There are more good people with guns than bad people. If more gun control is favored in America, only criminals will have guns.

And, over 90% of citizens of Mexico are professing Christians, with 82.7% being Catholic. Whatever people may say about the Catholic church, the church does not endorse violence towards non-Christians, and especially does not quote religious scriptures to support violence. According to Wikepedia.org, 17% of Americans are Hispanic or Latino, with 14 million citizens in California alone being members of this ethnic population. Wikepedia also states that 1% of Americans, or 3.3 million citizens are Muslim. Since members of the Muslim religion, supported by an estimated 80 million muslims, have declared war on America, and America is still currently engaged in an un-declared war against them since 2001, it is reasonable to have stricter guidelines for foreign muslims who wish to enter America. America should also require Canada to enforce the same guidelines for our safety and theirs. All muslims who enter America, including American citizens returning here, should be required to renounce all aspects of their Q'uran scriptures and their religion that promote violent jihad, and they should renounce the attacks on America and throughout the world by members of their religion, which has been quoted by some Muslims as supported by core beliefs of their religion. They should also be required to renounce all archaic legalistic violence such as stoning those to death who oppose their religion, or break their laws, and oppression of women, as not representing the values of America, and declare allegiance to the Constitution.
