Nabasa ko din sa wakas ang mga usapin tungkol sa ilang porsyento ng " christian " ...whatever the statistics says about... ayan napaingles tuloy ako. Pwes eto lng masasabi ko............kapag tamad ka di ka makakakain...ayaw mo mag saing kahit m,ay bigas.....dilat ang mata mo.......ayaw mo humanap ng trabaho...pwes wala ka pera.....namimili k ng trabaho....matagal ka makahanap ng trabaho............kahit san ka pa muna galing na Religion ba? or kung anu pa man......kapag tamad ka wala pa rin... ngayun kapag pinag usapan ang kaligtasan mgbasa ka ng bibliya...mgsaliksik alamin ang katotohanan..at katotohanan ang magpapalaya sa iyo.......ganun pa man.....kailangan natin kumilos para makakain tayo.......

Ang kaso may tanong uli dyan sa sagot mo. Bakit sa dami ng nangyaring elections sa atin, yun mga corrupt ang laging nananalo? Bakit yung mga families na greedy ang laging nalalagay sa position para maka corrupt. Bakit bata pa ako ganyan na, ngayon, bata na ang mga apo ko, ganuon pa din. Bakit kaya?

Ang kaso may tanong uli dyan sa sagot mo. Bakit sa dami ng nangyaring elections sa atin, yun mga corrupt ang laging nananalo? Bakit yung mga families na greedy ang laging nalalagay sa position para maka corrupt. Bakit bata pa ako ganyan na, ngayon, bata na ang mga apo ko, ganuon pa din. Bakit kaya?

May mga bagay na sadyang di natin maunawaan. Mga bagay na tanging mga Alabay at mga babaylan lamng ang nakakaunawa. Yaong mga taong may kakayanang makaipagtalastasan sa kalikasan. And yet we are one of the poorest nations in Asia. Do you think our Faith-based society is pulling us down?

Is it our faith working against us or our lack of faith holding us back?

Why are the Buddhists of Singapore, the Moslems of Brunei, the Hindus of India or the Shintoist of Japan are better provided than the Christians of our country?

I read an interesting book about how the protestant faith influenced the development of capitalism in the western Europe. The book is written by the sociologist Max Weber and the title is The Protestant Ethic and "The Spirit of Capitalism".

It's really astounding to hear that most are Christians, but the thing is, who is living that Christian life that which was taught by God? If we all followed Christ despite our sinfulness and live a Christlike life, we would never be poor in Spirit, and God will always provide what we need. He knows what we need, but what happened is that we are gradually becoming like the Sodom and Gomorrah, cities full of hatred, selfishness, sexual immorality, fornication, and corruption. We need to re-dwell on each of our relationship with God and focus more on the quality than the quantity.
