Paul is VERY VERY CLEAR,we are to earn the food we eat. Sorry you can't get around it. It does need to be balanced with those who can not.

And Paul said if any man shall not work NEITHER shall he eat. Paul himself worked as a tent maker to EARN MONEY to be able to buy what he needed. The Lord provides the work but He does expect one to work. (Unless one is unable to) You forget this is part of the curse

Paul is VERY VERY CLEAR,we are to earn the food we eat. Sorry you can't get around it. It does need to be balanced with those who can not.

I believe we had this discussion before on these very same verses. My answer will not change. You are correct. We ARE to work for our bread..... BUT for only 6 days or 6,000 years. We are COMMANDED now to ABIDE IN OUR PLACE as bread is no longer to be gathered in the field or world. Paul reiterates this mentality stating that every man was to abide in his calling in Christ. If you were called being circumcised (Those who by the flesh try to live a "godly" lifestyle) do not become uncircumcised, and for those who are uncircumcised (Those who by the standards of the flesh DO NOT live a "godly" lifestyle) not to become circumcised.

This what is meant by the statement "Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision availeth nothing (seeing as all die), but keep the commandments of God (Who has told us to abide in our place).

We see that this GREAT REST of mankind is upon us by the things we can see. The over abundance of houses, food, and anything else are evident as a witness against us all that we are a stubborn people!

That is what God is trying to free us from. He's trying to get the people to desire the things of the spiritual nature; but for some reason we all turn to the material nature of things. God had gave us a few hints about how he feels about these materials things which we desires so much of. When God had said "give what is Caesar's, to Caesar; but give what is God's to God." Some people of the clergy will interpret it to give God His portion also; but they wouldn't tell you that God was saying to give Him the life that is in us, the very thing that He has given us. So basically He was saying to surrender our lives to Him, the very thing that satan has stolen or snatched. when satan was showing Jesus all the kingdom of this world; do you noticed that satan was offerring it to Jesus as if he was in control of it. So that tells us that satan had created this system and which God came to knock it down as the way He is going to do the temple and which satan has turned it into a den of thieves, and which He meant the they were behaving as a bunch of hustlers as thieves behaves like.

It is God that provides the job where we get paid to take care of all those things. Nothing says one MUST go in to debt. Live within your means and you won't go into debt. Pretty simple.

There is food places for those that need it all over this nation, and programs helping the one's in need I know because I have had to use these propgrams after this last surgery, with nothing, and have gotten by the grace of God through these programs and again these programs are forthose in need, if there were no rules to run these programs then they probably would not be in place, and they are in place to keep out the one's that lie about the need to take advantage of
Again we are to work if can and act our wages not our IQ's. We dohave all these homes and there are homes available through programs according to the one's need.

Who do we blame for this, satan or ourselves? 30 million plus claiming that the RESURRECTED Christ LIVES IN THEM, BUT they are powerless!? In anything we do there will be someone poor at it. Jesus also said to make friends with the unrighteous Mammon. We as a people have done this to the tune of 18 million empty empty houses. Now it is time for those friends to fail.
