Take some time to familiarize yourself with it instead of being willfully ignorant.

I reviewed these things. Did you? Do you even know what that's all about? You throw up an article full of tons of prompts full of articles, and say those prove your point? Apparently (obviously) you don't know the different between evidence and proof. Murder trials for example? You can have tons of evidence, but if it doesn't prove anything for sure? It's worthless. Obviously you didn't read my earlier post about this. You're one of those people that only see their side of an issue. Again, I read through those.

I want to see proof. I don't believe things until I see proof. You obviously didn't take to heart what I wrote about my Ecology teacher? What he said about theories? Who has a doctorate in Ecology? If you take address nothing I say, why should I address your silly accusations? Willfully ignorant? Did I mention that I've taken many science courses in secular universities? Oh yeah, I did. It is you that is remaining willfully ignorant because you're putting all your faith in this theory, along with those that support it.

It's enough evidence to consider rationally
that it is most likely true. Talk to a molecular
geneticist, they have the proof.

so you don't actually have a clue?

don't need the videos, actually have a degree in Biology. just wanted to see if you were being honest or a parrot.

would you really like a lesson about the platypus?

I have more articles on human migrational patterns but you won't be able to access them without a password since they are actually published in scienitific journals and not just the internet.

it almost midnight and you still haven't any of the points I asked you to.

the animals of Australia are explained by the bottleneck effect.

if you truly understood evolution and the terms posted above, I wouldn't have to explain how animals could have migrated from one point of origin such as the Middle east to Australia and resulted in the native animals there.

however I find that a lot of people just post articles but never bother really reading and understanding what is being said in any of the articles.

Thanks for further proving evolution is true.

I love Jesus and that is good enough for me :D

Exactly. Arguing about platypus or wombats seems like a total waste of time. I find it interesting that skeptics always argue about science in a faith based environment. Which always seems odd to me, like arguing which meat tastes the best at a vegetarian convention.

a) I believe in God.
b) I believe God created everything.
c) I don't care how He did it.

If these marsupial fossils are 125 million years old did the flood happen
before or after?

Wrong question, you have to start with the question how are they figuring the age of the fossils? If the method that they use is flawed to begin with then you can NOT accept the results as being true. The biggest problem is they have to start with assumptions on how much radioactive material was present, first which no one alive can no for sure because it was never tested in the place to know how much material was in the sample they started with.

Two no one has yet even begun to deal with the fact that all of the samples themselves are flawed. None of them have been protected from the environment they have been in. All the results are based on a constant that the samples themselves were never under. So that bodes the questions How does weather affect the rate of decay? How does solar radiation affect the rate of decay? How does time itself affect the rate of decay? Not one of these questions have been answered. Change any one those parameters and the tests are NO GOOD they are flawed.

Three prove that those bones are actually from an animal they say they are from. They have been wrong so many times before it's not funny. How many times so far they have found that the bones they have put together are not even from the same type of animal? As for how the flesh is on the bones all we have is artists renderings of what the animals MAY have looked like,AND MOST are from a few bones and not the complete skeleton. It is very rare to find a skeleton with more then 50% of the bones,so even the skeletons on display are composites of more then one animal.

Four How many people realize how close Einstein really was to the answer he was looking for? How many people actually put it together? And the sad part is it is HIGH SCHOOL physics. Einstein MISSED the practical applications of his equation.
It fits in with Genesis 1:3

[SUP]3[/SUP]And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.[SUP]4 [/SUP]God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. [SUP]5 [/SUP]God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

In high school physics one should learn that sound waves are a form of energy. What happens when one speaks? It creates sound waves.

So what happened in creation God spoke, creating sound waves which became matter and light.
Does that sound a lot like this e=mc2? Should make one wonder.

So then, what made our chromosomes fuse together? Chance?

They say we're crazy for believing in an intelligent being who created life, yet they believe in the randomness of " chance " in which an entire functioning universe developed out of absolutely nothing.

Both are pretty outlandish if you wanna get logical :P

But alas, they can keep chasing scientific dreams; actually, God already proved who's really the common ancestor roughly 70 years ago, even presently.

If you don't know, I suggest you pray to know, because it's about to go down...

I've always heard that one of the basic laws of physics basically says, "things tend to fall apart--not put themselves together." Have you stopped to consider the phenomenal improbability involved in this supposedly entirely uphill climb into mere existence you're striving to believe in? Let alone a single-celled organism multiplying, separating, and evoluting to such a massive degree, virtually thousands upon thousands of distinctive species eventually come into play? You're asking me to believe something of which the chances involved demand odds beyond the number scale. It's gonna take you phenomenally more faith to believe in this theory than it does in a divine creator. You want to put your money on that horse? You go right ahead. I'll keep mine.

By the way, where are these 29+evidences you speak of? I keep looking and looking at your posts, and can't find a single one.

Well you have got a completely distorted form of the second law of thermodynamics for one. The second law highlights that within a closed system things tend to disorder. The earth is not a closed system, the univere is, but the earth is not, therefore the theory of evolution doe not interfer with any of the second laws in a way which is contradictory.

What proof? I saw no proof in that article whatsoever! I kept searching and searching, but saw nothing. There is evidence, true. But there's no proof! The front door left open is evidence my friend left my house by my front door. But the back door closed doesn't mean he didn't leave that way! All variables must be weighed out, and I do mean ALL applicable variables before a theory graduates to a recognized fact. I don't get this. People apparently believe what they want to OBVIOUSLY even if takes an impossible amount of faith to believe in it; and in this case, that obviously includes science. You've ignored all arguments presented to you and continue to doggedly defend that which is nothing more than a theory. Potential evidence is not proof that a theory is a fact! There's no point in debating something with someone that refuses to acknowledge any points presented to them other than to brush them off without ever addressing anything other than their own side of the argument. *sigh*

"I do mean ALL applicable variables before a theory graduates to a recognized fact" I am seeing alot of huff and puff but your lack of understanding at the basic principles of science is something which needs to be corrected.

I'm not giving out to you or trying to make you look stupid, but I have to tell you that theories don't graduate. This has nothing to do with The theory of evolution specifically. Theories are huge expanses of collective work, ranging from observations, experiments, field work, comparative studies and predictions. They contains facts and laws and are considered as concrete as the facts that support them. Now there is dispute within the communities, but no dispute about the theories anymore with respectable scientists.

'nothing more than a theory' I would like to take you up on a challenge since these theories are as you say are 'nothing more than a theory' would you like to defend the proposition that Germ theory is only a theory and is not fact and that is has like you said about other theories ' Potential evidence is not proof that a theory is a fact!'.

I doubt you would. And you might say 'well it has been proven and it has evidence', well in that case why has it not 'graduated' like you infer? The thing is theories don't graduate as facts, they contain facts which are accumulated into a large factual theory.

Thanks for further proving evolution is true.

come back when you can talk about all the "proof" you have posted

and hopefully by then you will have lost the "go talk to somebody else because I'm not really qualified to talk about the concepts I claim to believe in but still know I'm RIGHT and everyone else is just ignorant" attitude.

I am a female and I don't have faith in science. I am actually looking at the evidence
and trying to understand it. Faith is defined as belief without evidence.

not exactly. we have Faith in God's love because of the evidence that Jesus died for us.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

ALL applicable variables before a theory graduates to a recognized fact.

I think you mean to say that "ALL applicable variables before a theory graduates to a recognized scientific law."

Evolution is still a theory not accept as a Law. like the Law of aerodynamics or the Law of gravity.

I'm posting what the experts say. You can disagree with what the experts say but it would be
more convincing if you provided counter evidence.

When did this bottleneck of marsupials happen? Was it when the continents were still connected?
That was millions and millions of years ago. The flood occurred around 3000-2000 BC correct?

A scientific theory contains the laws. Evolution is both a fact and a theory just like germs and gravity.

Gravity is still a theory and also a law.
