I believe God has a sense of humor because...

every morning when I go in the bathroom to shave, I see myself in the mirror!



Alright, why do YOU think God has a sense of humor?

I feel the same way as you maxwel. I look in the mirror & go "Really,Lord...really?" Like when people say "Jim,yer' so funny!",and I respond,"Yeah,funny lookin'!" Well played God...well played. lol

We are made in His likeness. Our emotions and personalities (including our sense of humor) ultimately come from Him.

I think He has a sense of humor because as soon as I say I don't want to do something or will never do something...guess what happens? :)

God made us in His image (Gen. 1:26), so what we are should reflect something of God's character. That's the best 'proof' I can give of God having a sense of humour.

This whole thread is gonna just be the tip of the iceberg, I think. Someday we can sit down with Him and have a really good laugh as He explains some Serious inside jokes. For now we have the obvious ones.

Like giraffes.

and His reaction every time I tell Him MY plans.
Frankly I'm glad at this one. If half the things I tried to accomplish without Him had come to pass, how miserable my life would be.

Hey...giraffes are awesome. Don't knock 'em til you...um...that's going nowhere good.

Pretty sure God had a good laugh when he made people with a fear of moths...myself, and some other members here who shall go unnamed...

Oh, and the platypus.
And yes, the judging deer.
