Well Homewardbound, that verse of Scripture you referenced (1 Cor. 12:13) is talking about our positional standing in terms of Salvation. In terms of Salvation, we all have an equal ground.
But the roles and responsibilities of the man are still different from the roles and responsibilities of the women.
And who said that man needed to be a tyrant?
All brother Lordson Roch is doing is teaching from the Bible that women are not called to be preachers or pastors. Women have a different role in the churches.
They can serve in the church and ministry in many ways, but they are not called to be pastors, preachers, or bishops.

1.) Paul was speaking to the church in general because the women were carrying their pagan traditions into the church at that time. Hence why he told them to be silent.

Oh understood all you said and the literal verses used. So tell me what is God's viewpoint from God? Does God view yuo in the Spirit or flesh? And how arewe to worship God? Spirit or Flesh?
John 4:23But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
John 4:24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

So you go ahead and play man's game here on earth for our true hight priest is Christ and our worship place is in heaven here and now being dead to flesh daily and alive to God daily, so yes you are right we are all equal in heaven by God through Christ and this is where I personally live by god in the Spirit of God having my mind renewed to God forsaking all others as in beiing married to God by Christ
Now the true place of worship and where we are made citizens of: this is just what I see and you are free to be over others if you to, I am not I am equal made right to God in the prersence of God by God's Son Jesus Christ

We are not citizens of this world let alone earthly Churches that hebrews 8:1-4 clearly state about

Now earthly fleshly worship is pleasing to God,no flesh in god's sight shall ever please God. the only flesh that ever did was Christ Jesus and we can't even come close to that for he was born of a virgin, being a life-giving Spirit.

And please do not think that these evil rulers are not in the world churches acting as angels of light doing their very best for us the laymen to work in the energy of our own flesh's and become divided and conquered, not serving God as God is tobe worshipped in Spirit and truth. No we got to have wars and rumors of wars, and not be equal, Man in control actinf as if he is doing God's work. Being good little Toby's and yet behind closed doors completely differant that what they profess, and not posses, yet doing a good Job acting, women do the same.
We need new life Brothers and Sisters, Life's here and noe in the Spirtit of God being born again to the kiingdom of heaven

The battle is flesh and Spirit of God through Christ, one controls the other. So you decide are you born of the Spirit of God or the same the Spirit of the flesh?
Yes Sister it goes a lot deeper than that, as well the women with shaven heads were from the temple above the Corinthian Church they were workers of the flesh, the temple they were from was a Broithel. And they infiltrated the Corinthians who knew they were forgiven but did not understand what this meant and these women got in the pulpit, decieved these men and women that were not of them, Gossiping started and even in 1 cor 5 Paul speaks of the one that wants his Fathers wife.
Heresy was had abounded, I mean since sin abounded grace much more so why not just grab what you want headed to be a Sodom and Gommorrah over not understanding the truth of what being 100% forgiven actually does by God's grace. So Paul had to get leagalistic and control them by the Flesh as they were still fleshly and not seeing that God through Christ has given then a new loife in God's Spirit by the resurrection

Jesus treated women with respect.....He spoke to women in public at a time when that was a shocking thing to do.....women followed Him and saw to his needs and supported His ministry. as part of His ministry He taught that women are valuable. worthy of love and respect. at that time in history women had no opportunity to preach but supported the ministry and died for their faith. although more men are called to that office than women women are not exempt from that call. and it is His call not ours. we don't get to decide who God calls and who He doesn't. the message of this preacher on the video uses an argument not found in scripture. it cannot be validated as he presents it' childbearing can nowhere be found as any basis for exempting women from the pastoring role. neither can it be found that men not bearing children gives them the qualification for the task. this is an earthly rationalization for making his point

Jerusalem, yes women ought to be respected and loved, but they are not called to be preachers or pastors. God already made that clear in His holy word. Therefore, women are not called to be pastors or preachers. Now women do have a special role in child rearing and in guiding the house. That is a tremendous responsibility given to women, but again, women are not to usurp authority over the man but they are to be in subjection.

When in truth we are free, yet not to take this grace for granted. Did Paul nit say that they were still carnal and he could only give them milk, not solid food, So he had to bring order to an out of line congregation, if we do not understand and take the grace of God for granted, we are in need of Law still. In the Cor. Church there was all sorts of things going on that was not considering others, was taking others for granted and not caring about their welfare So in light of all this, maybe one will see what and why Paul wrote as Paul wrote.

Since our "auhority" is given to us "by God and not man " any word He gives to a vessel yielding to God "in Christ" in "His authority" is permitted as a yielding vessel submitted to God and God alone "is" permitted to speak "and" teach gods word under His authority . If God the Father is called the "father" (male),
Jesus Christ, the son, was clearly born as a man (male),
and the Holy Spirit is referred to as "he" (male)...
then how exactly is God neither male nor female?
I'm not bashing women, or anything like that, I'm just pointing out that all 3 parts of the godhead, in the scripture, are referred to as male, and never as female.
I think women are just great, and I didn't write the bible... so don't get mad at me.

Powemm, you have to remember that God has given us His Doctrine and Revelation in His word. Read the Scriptures and study them. God does not call females to be pastors or preachers. God cannot contradict His word, and He already made it clear what the roles in a local New Testament church are and who qualifies for each role.
Women can do a lot of things to serve in the ministry. It's just that preaching and pastoring are not one of them. Only men are called to be pastors, bishops, and preachers. And if you have an issue with that Powemm, then you simply have an issue with the word of God in regard to this matter.

Clearly God IS male. God is always referred to in the Male image. Jesus is also said to be the "Express Image" of God. Max. I also like women...I actually married one! Ha Ha......................................
Can't be a priest in Moses, Yep, that is truth, and therefore Christ being our high Priest that lives forever, in the order of Melchizadek, we are participants, representatives for God, whether male or female. God has by Christ's burial, resurrection and ascension, has delivered us his life-force, The Holy Ghost to bring us up into Christ-like.
But this first takes one dying to self, at the death of Christ, a co-crucifixion if you will, where one is pronounced dead, and then the operation of God goes to work, and re-birth takes place as a gift from God, born again by the Spirit of God, thanks to Christ who took away the sin first, so that Father could perform this Spiritual operation in you, me and all that come to belief
