You are misrepresenting the passage where Jesus speaks of judging.

The correct answer is because government is ordained only for the good of the people by the De Jure Highest Power (e.g. God) who supersedes government. By abdicating your political responsibility, you literally hand it over to Satan to control and exercise in his battle against both God and toward the corruption of humanity. Obviously, this violates chapters of Biblical principles and God's will.

No offense taken. But I am much much more concerned with the pastors addicted to pornography etc. than I am with worldly people being worldly. I think some people assume it is self-evident that we should be involved in politics, and I'm not seeing it Biblically.

Everybody knows verse 16. But how many goes on to read the rest? Those in sin are condemned already. Many stay condemned because they love the darkness. There's a difference between judging and restating/paraphrasing what's already been judged. If I state what sin is according to the Bible, and that someone is going to hell for it if they don't repent, I'm only stating what the Word has already judged.

When asked about this he responded by saying something along the lines of how only the sick need a doctor. He always acted out of love and compassion, always there to give a helping hand to those who needed it. He said to the sinners in a loving way to turn from their wicked ways, most of them repented and become followers of christ. Do you notice his way of teaching and saving? Love. patience and humblness.

The bible also talks about when a fellow Christian sins against another. We are to tell them their fault. If they do not repent we are to have nothing to do with them.

I thought I had made my position very clear on this matter. I am no speaking against homosexuality because I hate the homosexual but because I do not want to see them lost. The fact of the matter is that if they do not repent, they will remain lost. Is this not love? It seems that all any one wants to know about Jesus is that he is Love. So he is. They seem somehow to overlook the fact that he is the vengeful God of judgement.

It isn't misleading to me. The fact that so many people are scared to speak up for what the bible says because of harassment. That is assault. People twist others opinions, and words to make it sound like hate when it isn't hate at all.

Jesus also told them the stop sinning:

If you read my earlier post on Romans 1 regarding the four stages of social declination you will see that this country is in the third stage of that decline. This is a very serious problem. This does not mean that I hate the homosexual community or that I wish any of them ill. My job is simply to preach the gospel.

The President is not the problem. He is merely the symptom of a problem. The problem began when the people began to disconnect themselves from the Word of God and worship their own wisdom.
