What I meant was I wasn't aware as that a fried egg sandwich was cheap. I know about the money factor,from living on my own & watching my Mom raise me alone when I was a kid.

Well, I can get an 18 pack of eggs for $2 and bread for $2... Divide the 18 eggs by 9 sandwiches that's .22 cents a sandwich, and divide the 7-10 sandwiches I can make with the bread makes that anywhere from 20 to 29 cents per sandwich with a total of no more than 52 cents a sandwich. Talk about savings!!! lol

That's pretty awesome...here you can't get 18 eggs for less than $3.00 and cheapest you'll find bread is 2/$5.00

I may be off by $1 total but even then it is still worth it. I even buy the good bread, whole grain.

Yeah..I'm not big into white bread so much anymore,unless it's fresh baked really..I usually buy wheat.
