So far Father's Day sucks. I was definitely not born to barbecue chicken. Why does barbecuing chicken have to be so tricky! And why is there so much conflicting directions about how to do it on the internet! I am a master when it comes to cooking perfect steaks and burgers on a grill but chicken is like an alien dish to me.
