ACTS 15 [17] That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. [18] Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world. [19] Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among THE GENTILES are turned to God: [20] But that we write unto them, that THEY ABSTAIN FROM POLLUTIONS OF IDOLS, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. [21] For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
ACTS 15 as a whole was speaking as to whether gentiles needed to be circumcized or not.
ACTS 15 [4] And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them. [5] But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That IT WAS NEEDFUL TO CIRCUMCISE THEM, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.
ACTS 15 [24] Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, YE MUST BE CIRCUMCISED, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:
Nothing to do with the 10 commandments. So lets look into what pollution of idols {V 20} is all about. What I found was very as always, when you let scripture interpret scripture
LEVITICUS 19 [3] Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and KEEP MY SABBATHS: I am the Lord your God. [4] TURN YE NOT UNTO IDOLS, NOR MAKE TO YOURSELVES MOLTEN GODS: I am the Lord your God.
LEVITICUS 26 [1]Ye shall MAKE YOU NO IDOLS NOR GRAVEN IMAGE, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God. [2] YE SHALL KEEP MY SABBATHS, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
EZEKIEL 20 [16]Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, BUT POLLUTED MY SABBATHS: FOR THEIR HEART WENT AFTER THEIR IDOLS.
I don’t know what the connection might be as to why graven images and idols are a sign that you don’t keep Gods sabbath but if the WORD says so I believe it. I know the churches that do keep the sabbath don’t have any standing images or crosses. Well, least the ones I know. Also, the guys and gals that go to these churches dont wear molten gods about their necks. On the other hand all the sunday mornin go to meeting churches do have their images and their followers have their molten gods around their necks, in their cars and in their houses

ACTS 10 [9] On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:[10] And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,[11] And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:[12] Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.[13] And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.[14] But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.[15] And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

I notice that Peter did not run right down and order surf and turf with a shrimp cocktail appetizer. He was not a slow learner, he knew that the Laws of clean and unclean had not been repealed.
If he was a slow learner, oh that I could learn as slowly as he did.

2. There ya go separating the law again. The ten commands are a part of the law given to moses. Mosaic law and all it includes is what is spoken of when yo usee the word law. Paul proves this when he says he would not know sin except for the law (commands)

This is a Day of the Lord scripture. That's when Jesus returns with fire. Wonder why He is gonna consume those eating swines flesh (the unclean thing)if its as youse claim.

It is not about eating and not about clean and unclean, it is about a Jew associating with the gentiles...

Gal 2:12 For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision.
Gal 2:13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.
Joh 4:9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
