I never get sick of Peanut Butter Captain Crunch....oh I love that stuff. Even the generic version is good. ( I swear that was in no way meant to refer to Rose ) lol

my mom never let us have the overly sugary cereal. I ate Grape Nuts. I hate Grape Nuts.

I've got to say Aimee...wow..you are like such a little girly girl...we were saying how adorable you sound..man you sound so much different than I imagined..yer' like a little fairy princess. :)

Dude. lol Me either...it was a rare treat to have sugary cereal...and I kinda like grape nuts (with lots of sugar on top) lol

yup. a rare treat. And if we ever did have the sugary cereal, it was always as a dessert after dinner.

I'm so glad that the rest of my childhood was......wait.....that sucked too.

My mom always fed us shredded wheat or Chex or cornflakes, and she had a secret (not-so-secret) stash of Lucky Charms or Captain Crunch that she would eat after we went to bed.

I don't usually even buy cereal. But...Captain Crunch sounded like a good investment.

Wow. Sounds like we all need some inner healing from our childhoods peeps. Do parents even know how much they are scarring their children by depriving them of yummy cereals?? Do they? LOL

I had sugary cereals, but it moderation. We mostly had Raisin Bran or Special K. I really like Special K with bananas. So good!

I like Special-K but minus the bananas. I'm not a "fruit in my cereal" type of guy.

I wonder if that's the general consensus of everyone I've ever spoken to over the phone.

Here is a true story. You guys above just brought back a awful memory,lol.

My parents were loving, but weird with food. They would give us kids.....COWS TOUNGE!!!!!!!

Oh ya.....my father would make it a production to boil that sucker, plop it out on the cutting board...make funny faces and eye rolls and make us eat it!!!!! It was so grose. I don't think I need to say anything more...:(

and that was a very nice pic you had up too....I've seen Shour before..and I was shocked for a second by his voice..but after a few minutes I was like ,yeah ok..I get it now. He looks so young..I imagined him sounding more I guess like a teenager..but he was all manly sounding.LOL
