my opinion? to each his own
and that is the sign of true love to let each be free to be whatever they choose for I know we all get shown personally the truth and decide what is and what is not
Thanks for that insight
my opinion? to each his own
So how can you trust anything in the bible if you know there are wrong translations?
I think atheists can be extremely rude and I'm saying that from experience of speaking with them. They are unwilling to hear the truth and try to debate you even if you didn't initiate a debate. When one chooses not to worship God , they are then becoming a self worshipper. It's next to impossible to go on YouTube and mention Jesus name cause the atheists come out and hit you hard with all this science theories and philosophy talk. It's frustrating and all you wanna do is hugg them through your computer and say its ok God loves you.![]()
It seems there are a lot of blanket statements made on this post... I've met atheists who are both honest, polite, and genuinely seeking answers and those who have been hurt by people in the church and have a lot of anger.
Atheists don't seem to me to be much different than many Christians in a way; both sides believe they are correct, both sides passionately defend their position, and both sometimes have trouble seeing the whole picture.
Jesus taught us in the Sermon of the Mount to take the plank out of our own eye before we can see clearly to remove the speck from our brother's eye. Well, in answering anyone, we must first try and assume that we have planks in our eye that must be removed before opposing someone else. Both Christians and atheists need to learn this teaching and understanding, because dare I say it, Christians too can sometimes get in the way of the work of Christ in the world.
I think atheists are selfish, vain people.just want to know what you think !
I once knew of a dislexic Atheist, who said there is no dog.
Now okay you do not believe this is okay, you have free choice as we all do.
Once I heard this that in all the world here and now from theday Iwas born until the time I die can I know 100% of everything there is to know?
I ofcoarse said well no not 100%. My brother then said out of all there is to know could you at least know 10% by the time I die? I said yeah I guess, and my brother said well you are intellegent solets give you 30% of all there is to know by the time I die, is that fair? I said Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! more than fair.
That is when he said out of the other 70% left can there not be a creator of all this that you see known as God revealed to us by Christ's walk here on earth his Mercy played out to us while we were all unworthy because somewhere along the path we have harmed others, not loving them as we all have the right or not the right to be here no one is better than the other.
And he walked away, today I leave tis with you to decide for you what is.

I go up and down the street looking for charities to rob in my freetime.
If everyone was an atheist, the Lord would be very lonely. He once appeared on earth as a human being, in the person of Jesus Christ, but he was murdered.
Yes. That is another reason to love him.As I recall he sacrificed himself to free mankind from sin.
Yes. That is another reason to love him.
Wouldn't he have been executed more-so than murder, execution would entail an authority, whether it be the Romans or Hebrew Priestly Caste, having an official death sentence carried out.

You can call it that, but Jesus never wronged anybody.
Basebool, how many experiments have you conducted yourself? Have you actually studied first hand genes? Where was your last archeology dig? Have you actually seen space expanding through a telescope? With what apparatus did you generate energy from nothing? How many macroevolution fossils have you found? Assuming you haven't done many of these scientific milestones in the flesh it is by faith alone that you believe what you believe. For every scientist that agrees with you I can find two that won't. You are the one guilty of blind faith just as much as any Christian. However the forefathers of our faith often believed what they professed though it often meant torture and death. Your scientists hold on to their beliefs until the next discovery modifies the theory. My ancestors were people, I'm sorry about yours.
