Right there is when I started to freak out.

Ten seconds later, I was over it. Because, I really had no choice but to be over it.

But give it a shot. A shoulder-length bob might be right for you. And if it isn't, it grows back. ^_-
 
I used to have a mind that wandered without control and then I prayed and prayed and my mixture of various thoughts slowly turned into 1 controllable one. Now this is beautiful because I have more peace than ever thanks to God, I prayed and communicated my problem and He blessed me.

Now this though: My thought for these days is the lack of useful thinking=thinking about nonsense that is unrelated to God and His Word but instead: How I should go about resolving things throughout the day, a secular song that I don't listen to anymore gets stuck in my head, a poem, a rhyme, or a set of useless words will also stay there. Instead I try to make sure a song praising God gets stuck in my head and I feel a lot happier. But one fun fun thing: I pray that God give me something useful to think and suddenly I get an awesome... epiphany a real one and its so exciting its like your friend tells you a secret and you're filled with joy. Thanks to God in Christ Jesus :D
 
I haven't been sleeping...every part of me is just wanting to get up and go, even at 3 in the morning. It's mainly because I have soo much to do. Organize, education, packing...it's not that I don't have enough energy to do it, my problem is, at 11:30 pm I still have a boatload of energy. Then I'm super tired in the morning and have a hard time getting up.

Who knew just simply putting your house on the market would cause all this? NOT MEEE!! First-time mover right here, peeps.
 
So this dude likes to think he's a friend of mine, and knows I'm a Christian. Yet he bashes religion whenever the opportunity arises.

Uh-huh. Like he doesn't think this doesn't bother me or anything. Or, knowing him, he doesn't care.
 
Grr... I'm fighting with myself on the inside. I want to do what I want to do, but I know that's not what I'm supposed to be doing.
 
I am wondering if opening up too much in our bible study groups can hurt us. If I move to a new church and I share my business to add to the prayer list, but haven't made solid friendships yet, can those potential friends think,
wow...to much baggage to get to know her better.
 
Had a rough day today. The fact that I am so tired made it worse. I slept about 8 hours a night while I was in Missouri, but it wasn't a restful sleep, I guess, because I am home but exhausted.

I'm glad I will get to sleep in my own bed tonight, though. :)

Ya know when you feel like you've finally made it over a huge hurdle after God has revealed truth in your life and then, through His grace, helped you apply it in your life? Well apparently, after this awesome truth and hurdle jumping happens, another, bigger hurdle comes along because Satan doesn't let go of huge strongholds he has in our lives so easily. -_- *bummed*
 
Yep, Catlynn. :) Fortunately, the more hurdles He helps us over, the lighter we get.
 
I think that subconsciously I'm always craving a Reese's peanut butter cup. Lol
 
Oi, this summer job is working me to the ground. I really wish the schedule they gave me would be more consistent. But hey, it's money that will go toward college. And honestly, I don't have much of anything else productive to do with my summer vacation. Win-win, I suppose. And I only have a month left there.
 
I need a suggestion for what book of the Bible to read next. Or perhaps I should take up some kind of topic-based devotional, i.e. about salvation, practical application, etc., etc.

wait - - weren't you going stir-crazy a few weeks ago wishing you had a summer job? Praise God that you have one now. And you are going back to school soon. That all looks very responsible in the eyes of a future employer. And when you have that future interview question about the pros and cons of previous jobs, you can list the negative as inconsistent hours - a much better response than "sucky boss." When you work swings, enjoy that you can run errands before work. When on days, enjoy the experience of the 9 to 5-ers. If on graveyard shifts, try to come up with the best schedule you can, remembering that how you overcame this sort of inconvenience is also a good interview question. Can some of these experiences be fodder for your stories?

Indeed I was going stir-crazy! :D And don't get me wrong, I am happy to have a summer job. The bosses here are great people. My schedule is the same set of hours every week (10:30 AM - 2 PM) but the days I get off vary from week to week (last week was Sat & Sun, this week is Fri & Sun). The work itself is kinda menial and tiring (hence "working me to the ground.")

I ran 4 miles and did 140 squats (part of my 30 day squat challenge) today! I ran my fastest 5k and had one of the best paces for 4 miles I've ever had. I'm pretty happy about that. Wee!
 
I'm not doing a very good best-friend-job of being supportive and excited. She's been calling every other day, keeping me updated on everything from the closing date (been praying, albeit a little grudgingly, that everything will work out and they get the house), to the amount of boxes and packing that needs done, to the weather in the new area they're going to live in.

I cannot feel excited. And she can tell I'm not, and I feel very bad. She wants me to help her redecorate the new house, pick paint colors and flooring and all when the time comes, because she knows I love doing that. She's trying hard to keep me involved, but the distance...at this point, on our budget...it's unrealistic to think I could travel that far just now. I worry that by the time I am able to make a visit to her, she'll have given up on me.

I'm not a good friend to her. I'm making her put too much effort into this, when I could at least pretend to be happy. I can pretend. I can do that much.

*sigh*
 
Thought: Doxyxycline warns that you might get photo- sensitive. It does NOT warn that exposure to sun can make your hands and arms feel like they are on fire (!). Mean side- effect- warning - makers
