God gives us strength when we're tired, especially mothers, I just think that for mere belief in Christ one look NO further than a mother with a newborn. My ! They hardly sleep a lot in life their early years. Infants. So, that means either does mom, too. Not saying dad don't help out, he does, but NOT like mom . She is just there more, he's usually HAVING to sleep a little more so he can work enough to bring home the Gerber's. But, yeah, the STRENGTH of a mother, my, my, my, that's all one thing, in my mind, strength, and, not just any strength, OH NO, our own strength employed in us to get things done, nope, God could zap us into weaklings, like a Harry Truman story, doing it if/when/how/where/why and, with what He wants, even by who He wants to use to get things done in us. With what? Mere thought .
So, when you are thirsty, drink 
"But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life"
And, when you are tired, cast "Cast all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you."
And, when you are in fear, remember, who we are ONLY to fear.........
