I had a personal dream so I will only share the main idea. The dream was seemed (it could have been more symbolic) like it was about my future husband. I feel as if I was actually speaking to him and like GOD was showing me who he is. His name was said but I don't remember it. I was going to marry him, but neither of us was truly ready for the other. I do not if this was even about my future spouse or something else let alone if I was actually talking to him or not. Can someone tell me whether that is possible or not? If you are not a believer in dream interpretation then I would appreciate it if you did not comment, thank you

God speak to us in dreams in many ways, he can also put a dream in you, for you to speak tell the person who its for. But I guess that's a way of talking to each other. But In dreams talking to each other, that I am not sure. I have never heard of it. But I don't deny the possibilities. As With God nothing is impossible. I don't believe all dreams are interpretal, as dreams are only a waste desposal of your mind. Excuse the pun, but when you go to the loo. you waste what you eaten. Sorry to make this sound a bit put off. But that's what dreams are. But In many cases God can Speak to you in a dream. As far as your dream Goes for your future husband? I would advice you to pray about it, ask God if that dream meant anything, seek him and listen to him. IF its his will, then he will provide you the answer.

If it is a GOD given dream then it is from your spirit, not your mind. But, think you for your insight, I will deffinitely pray about this. I still would like someone else's opinion, though.

If its a God given dream, then yes it will be from the spirit, and it would be clear and precise. There is no messing from God. But He does ask us to test spirits, as wrong types of spirits can perform many false things in people's lives. If it is God's will, he will pave the way for you, whether he speaks to you in a dream, or through his word, or from someone else's interpretations. Yes, test the spirits, focus on God in prayer, ask if its his will. he will show you more light on the subject.

Why do you think that? Really? I would like your insight.
We cannot read each other's minds. The Lord can take a message from my mind to another's, if he so chooses, but I have no way to do that. It reminds me of the Beatles song (She Came in through the Bathroom Window), "Sunday's on the phone to Monday. Tuesday's on the phone to me." No one can read our minds.

See, I wasn't reading his mind. I didn't know what he was thinking, unlike all my other dreams. I just saw him as he was. I wouldn't put it past HIM to do the unexpected.

Don't believe in "dream interpretation." However, if God wants to tell you something in a dream, he will. If he wants it to be a bit vague, he has a reason for that. The more you walk with him, the better you will understand him, so make sure you are always walking with him.

Usually I test the feeling after I awaken and judge first how did the
dream make me feel ? You may have very well been shown future
mate. However, it would be important to recall how did this man
make you feel ? Was he Godly and kind ? How did he make you feel ?
Sometimes God sends us warnings simply by the ' feeling we are left
with.' And don't forget to test it with Scripture if there is any spiritual
part in the dream left undone. God bless and I pray you find your answer.

I felt more love for him in a single glance than I thought possible. I was excited when I woke up. Thank you for your open spirited response. I appreciate it.

How can you not believe in dream interpretation? It's scriptural.

It's easier praying to God for understanding than it is finding someone who can explain what your dream means.

Ooooohhh. Okay. I misunderstood you. Sometimes GOD gives others the interpretations. My family and I take turns sharing our dreams and asking the LORD to give us some insight. Those who only know it from a book are not really listening to HIS interpretation, but the world's.

Noel, I think what I'd suggest is asking God to make you ready for whatever He'd like you to be ready for. I say this simply because I'd look at unreadyness as a bad thing, and you mentioned that neither of you were ready for the other, in the dream. So what I'd do is ask God to help me grow in whatever ways He'd like me to grow, until I have peace about the whole thing. And if any other details from the dream bother you, take them to God as well.

"The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Thank you for that. For some reason I didn't think about that scripture. I deffinitely feel better now that I have heard that along with your own words

You ask a question if something is possible or not. Then say if someone doesn't believe its possible not to answer. So you aren't really looking for truth, you're looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear.

They way you explained it, I would say definitely not. God can speak to us through our dreams directly or with angels. For example Mary and Joseph both had dreams where angels spoke to them. Demons can also manipulate dreams in the same exact way. One common demonic dream is seeing and speaking to a deceased loved one. One last way people can communicate with another person in their dreams is from the occult.

As for your dream, I can not say what it was but it seems very unlikely it was from God.

I have to say that I do not agree. My spirit would have let me know if my dream was from satan and I can recall it so well that I know it was from GOD. The amount of love I felt for that man was definitely from GOD. He was Arab so it could have been directed at the Arab nation....
