What Makes A Persons Dateable/Non Dateable???

What do you look for to determine if someone is Dateable or Non Dateable???

I created this thread for humor sake, but feel free to give serious answers (but realize that serious answers immediately place you in the "Non Dateable" category!!!).


I know a woman is dateable when.............. she hears my jokes and still wants to talk to me the next day!!!

I know a woman is dateable when.............. she gives me her real phone number as opposed to the number of a local sanitarium!!!

I know a woman is non dateable when............ her husband shows up on your first date with her!!! Yikes!!!

I know a woman is non dateable when............ she believes in courtship - nuff said!!!

Well, for me...hmm...let's see...

I know a woman is dateable when..............she loves music, and can sing or play instruments. ^-~ Not a deal-breaker, but it definitely puts her on radar.

I know a woman is dateable when..............she has an encouraging or inspiring nature. The kind of lady who sees, believes in, and draws out the best (or at least good) in people, ya know?

I know a woman is non dateable when............I see her flirting with everyone...

I know a woman is non dateable when............the majority of my jokes, references, or deeper conversations go right over her head...

One of them is facebook stalking. Nondateable.

He's Steve Erwin. Nondateable.

He likes horses. Dateable.
He's a brony. Nondateable.

He's an artist. Dateable.
He thinks instagram is art. Nondateable.

He wears cologne on special occasions. Dateable.
It's axe. Nondateable.

This is the first post to come along in the past couple of weeks on this thread to make me laugh out loud. You, young lady, receive a genuine internetz for this post. In fact, I award you ALL the internetz. I ain't even mad about your dig at the bronies. ^_^

(Oddly enough, though, I'm strangely ambivalent about horses in general. Maybe I'll feel one way or the other if I ever get to eat horse. Even if it's just Belgian french fries, which are cooked in horse fat.)

I was listening to Air1 today (as I often do) while driving, and curiously enough...they spoke a bit about the whole 'nice guy' and 'being dateable' topic, and from their studies (however legitimate they may or may not be) the majority of women said that a sense of humor is a large part of what won them over.
