The Cato Institute published a study showing that "Americans are spending twice as much on K-12 education as they did in 1970, but students’ math, reading and science scores haven’t increased at all during this 40-year spending binge" as they stated "School Funding System Not Broken… It Just Doesn’t Work."

I've been stating for years that the wildly successful American education system was replace with a liberal "progressive" state atheistic immoral indoctrination system that has been producing increasingly fewer and fewer desirable results for society despite spending on public education increases.

The state murdered a wildly successful American education system and replaced it with a liberal "progressive" indoctrination system starting in the late 1960s. It's been in steep decline ever since. California public education fell from first in the nation to third from the bottom while the nation as a whole declined from first in the world to average.

Zone has something here. My generation seems to place little value in real freedoms. The freedom to speak freely, to participate in civil functions, to pursue one's living without interference. These freedoms require responsibility of course.

The freedom to copulate early in life trumps these because it is irresponsibility encouraged.

The catch is that if responsibility was inculcated at an earlier age, people could copulate within wedlock in their late teens and not vote with their sexual interests.

But responsibility? That will never be popular.
