Burglars return goods with apology note

Some burglars in San Bernardino, California took some items, but then shortly returned them with an apology note.
This may be false flag to make us think that even though the government takes our money, that we end up getting it back.I can't confirm nor deny the false flaggyness of this story. That'z four ewe two decide.
