that's a tricky play on words you have Rick.
How can someone tell the difference between accusation and judgment?
what is considered "inordinate" behavior?
how do you know that a statement is for "effect" and not just an observation or judgement call?
How does judgement stand on cause?
what does that even mean?
I have seen debates turn into arguments when one or the other party gets too emotionally invested in their own position. They allow their flesh to speak instead of allowing God's truth to defend itself. Often times there will be name calling and insults. However, that does not mean their position is wrong. It means they are not very good at debating and are too immature to teach others God's truth because they haven't spent enough time with His Holy Spirit to learn patience and loving kindness. They need to spend more time listening and less time speaking.
Just because some positions have members who are immature does not mean you should disregard the entire line of thinking without being like a Berean and praying and examining scriptures for yourself.
All according to whom you are judging. We should not judge others...
Mat 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
We should judge only ourselves and our own actions...
1Co 11:31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
If we are judging ourselves and correcting our own actions, we will not have time to judge others.
You know, every once in a while, God let's me see myself pretty well. The horror and revulsion is hard to get over, it makes me want to change.
