If it was Jesus, He would not have mentioned the title Holy Ghost....

In the name of refers to the Authority by which they have been sent. The Godhead is a mystery and no one can completely comprehend. We must approach the Godhead humbly, and reverently with this in mind His Ways are not our ways. We only know God the Father through the relationship with have with the Son, and it is confirmed by the Holy Spirit as He bears witness to the relationship we have with the Father through the Son. We know God by only the way He chose to reveal Himself to us. Special Revelation His Word and general revelation by His handy work or creation but we know from the word of God He prefers a personal relationship through our Lord Jesus Christ by way of the cross. So when you say the " Name of" it is translated " coming in the Authority of The Father, and the Son and the Holy Ghost coe -=

The Trinity is three persons in One being called God. Not three gods, not God in 1/3, but God in the different aspects, different persons. They three are God, but they exist as three. The trinity is a concept that is not to be fully understood. It's a confusing term

do you see what you are saying.. read what you just said " The Trinity is three persons in One being called God. " that is pretty much trying to say it's 3 different person that combined together to form one God... it's only One God
 
I believe scriptures demonstrate the concept of the Godhead in Genesis and other books in the bible. the word Trinity means = three but not three god's no, I do not believe the bible ever suggest that.

This simple verse alone disprove what you believe in Who is the Father of Jesus? God and look what this scripture is saying She was Found with the CHILD of the HOLY GHOST who does Jesus say his Father is? so who is the Holy Ghost then? it's God.. Only one God

No brother, this is where it gets confusing. Trinity is God in three persons at the same time. It's the same thing as you being at the store shopping, while your at home cooking, while your on a date with a girl. Even though you are three persons in different aspects, your still Josh. This power of being three is only something God can do.
 
no my friend it is not you are approaching the Three in one for a finite mind which is trying to understand the Godhead from a natural mind or reason

It's One God... administrating in different administrations...not 3 in 1 or 3 Gods, One single God and the BIBLE proves it but no one wants to accept it.. sadly take the word over man rather than the word of God

Josh123, Previously you stated Jesus was a created being. Now you are saying Jesus is God. Quit trying to back-paddle.

i never said Jesus wasn't God, God manifested himself in Jesus through the Holy Ghost why is that so hard to understand?

You stated that Jesus was created. Do I have to pull up your direct quote, because I can do that if you would like.

So you believe the Father went into Jesus as the Holy Ghost and is now in heaven? Modelism is the most man made belief to understand an ingenious God....
 
Well after reading the last few posts, I can understand better(but obviously not perfectly) why, according to Christ, Paul and John, we simply have to believe Christ is the Son of God to be saved.

Unfortunately, many don't want simples, so they err from the simple truth of scripture, being driven by their natural minds/ego obviously, nothing else possible
