NASA lies about comet Ison not comet but titan planet

So apparently nasa has been lying about comet ison that is coming closest to us in November. It is not a comet but actually a planet, it is four times bigger than the earth and is bringing with it moons that are considerably big themselves. it was actually first spotted over 35 years ago and they say that it only appears once every 3500 years, but it is not in the same orbit as the other planets in the solar system. and the gravitational pull from it is far to dangerous and causes massive pole shifts and volcano eruptions tsunamis and crazy unpredictable weather. this and the fact that it will cause the sun to have massive solar flares that are very dangerous and causes massive magnetic charges will apparently cause world wide black outs and dangerous heat rays.

It is predicted that 1/3 or most of civilization will be wiped out from this and it is also said by snowden that the government knew of these events and have built a giant massive underground safe tunnels stocked with food and water and all sorts of survival equipment and are only taking a certain amount of civilians to come with them. Many also claim this comet is wormwood itself and will be a sure sign that the tribulation will begin very soon, others say it is a sign of the lords promise to take us home.

Whatever this thing is and whatever it causes i bet it will not be pretty. I don't know if all the info above is true or not because this is just what I have seen and heard. without a powerful telescope and a way to obtain this info for ourselves and a clear understanding of space and the comet and even bible prophesy we cannot know for sure

However I do not think this comet or planet x or whatever it is is wormwood because if that were so that would mean all seven seals have been opened and I think we have yet to see them. I can understand if it causes a worldwide black out because of the magnetic force it has and maybe it can cause the sun to have major solar flares and could very well cause intense heat. but people are actually going over board with this, saying they can see a space craft in Ison and how the world is going to explode and we are all gonna die.

It just seems to me people want all this to happen so they trick themselves to seeing or believing something that isn't there and probably not true. Not even a single tiny earthquake happened for weeks.

Then the YouTube doomsday nuts again claimed certain destruction on the planet. They claimed as several planets would form a line with earth it place huge stresses on the earth and cause huge earthquakes. NASA claimed these types of convergences happen all the time and do not cause earthquakes. The projected date of doom again came and went with out indecent.

Yers, the entire Nibiru doomsday planet theory was from a lady who claimed she spoke with aliens from planet zadair or something like it. She also made other earlier predictions and the all turned out to be false.It is extremely suspicious that her predictions coincided with the Mayan calender ending. (LOL)

The Ison comet comes from one man who has produced dozens of these types of conspiracy videos. All of his predictions have been false and for reasons which elude me people continue to be misled by him, over and over. Maybe people just enjoy being scared. Unfortunately there are some weak indiviuals who suffer from anxiety disorders. They read these doomsday theories and become overcome with fear and grief. Several teens have even committed suicide over these doomsday videos. I hope they can somehow be prosecuted for spinning these sorts of tales.

One man, a music teacher claimed to have all sorts of specific information on Nibiru. He sold books and charged a huge price for his lectures. One man I knew from Facebook who called himself "Master Andrew" because he felt he was equal to Jesus became so obsessed with Nibiru he quit his job and relocated his family to a "safe" zone. He waited for Nibiru in the safe zone for a long time and nothing happened...except he lost his job, lost his home and lost his internet following. I tried in vain several times to tell him it was impossible but he had his mind made up.

It is funny to make jokes about people who are so easily deceived but the truth is they are victims. Victims not unlike the UFO cult in San Diego who committed mass suicide to hitch a ride on a UFO or the almost 100 followers of Jim Jones who drank cyanide laced kool aide.

We as Christians should warn people about how stupid these theories are. We should tell them to trust God and the bible over an internet fool. Too bad we can't put an end to this junk.

Why was science not self-sustaining in these societies? Why didn’t the Chinese, Indians, Native Americans, etc... develop the scientific method long before it came about in Europe?

There are seven epistemological impediments that stifled the growth of science:

1) Cyclical view of history. According to a cyclical view of history, everything moves in cycles and always comes back to the beginning. There is no opportunity for progress, since things will return to the same point. As such, a cyclical view of history hindered progress, promoted complacency, and gave no basis for cause and effect relationships.

2) Pseudo-scientific explanations for natural phenomena. Pseudo-science, such as astrology, hindered science because it gives false answers while taking away the need or desire to look for scientific explanations, which leads to a passive or fatalistic attitude toward nature. Pseudo-science also lacked any real sense of falsification. 3) Deification of nature. There are two main ways in which nature can be deified: animism and pantheism. In animism (such as in Native American religions), various portions of nature (such as the sun, rivers, and earth) are believed to be inhabited by or represented by spirits. In pantheism, everything in the universe is viewed as being part of god. In both cases, nature is to be revered or worshiped, not studied.

4) Denial of the existence or orderliness of the universe. Many Hindu beliefs taught the concept of Maya, which holds that the world around us is an illusion. In other cultures, the nature of the universe changed with the whim of the gods and so couldn’t be trusted.

5) Organismic view of nature. In this view, everything including man is part of one giant organism that goes through cycles of birth, death, and reincarnation. Man is viewed as weak and impotent compared to the majesty of nature of which he is a part, which encourages passivity and inactivity toward nature. In this view, man is to contemplate nature but not to study it or to act so as to remain in harmony with nature.

6) Lack of balance between faith and reason. An imbalance in the direction of faith leads to the premature exclusion of naturalistic conclusions and simply assigns God (or gods) the credit. When asked, "Why is the grass green?" this group would reply, "Because God made it that way." An imbalance in the direction of reason hinders progress by not considering all available possible conclusions. In other words, an unreasonable naturalistic explanation is always preferred over any non-naturalistic explanation. This leads to stagnation when naturalistic explanations don’t fit the evidence.

7) Humankind as a part of nature. If man is a part of nature, then how can he step away from nature to look back and get an objective view of it? To support the idea of man being able to objectively view the world, man must be different in kind (not just in degree) from nature. For example, if man is just the product of just blind natural processes, then how could we trust our brain to able to effectively look for truth? While evolution might be able to explain the origin of intelligence as a tool for promoting our survivability, it cannot explain why man has the ability or desire to grasp truth.

Christianity rests on the foundation of a very specific understanding of God that is distinct from other religions. Some fundamental aspects of the Christian view of God are that (a) God is infinite, (b) God is eternal, (c) God is righteous, (d) God is a personal creator and sustainer, (e) God creates ex-nihilo ("out of nothing"), and (f) God transcends (is separate from) the universe. Some conspiracies are facts. Like the conspiracy to kill President Lincoln. There are real conspiracies that I can't debunk and believe in. Then there are the kinds of conspiracies that violate scripture, logic, science, etc. You claim this will large planet is going to destroy 1/3 of earth and it is so outlandish to me.

You know right now you can by "telescope time" for a small fee. You send in your request to a real astronomer. Then you get a date. You log in to a special website and you can watch real time thru a telescope guided by the astronomer and voice chat with him or her while he or she points the telescope at any object in the sky. Then you would have your proof and you can break the story to the world.

Right now Comet ISON is nearing Mars. This means we should be able to see it from any decent sized backyard telescope--if what you claim is true. Trust me when I say this. NASA is not the only one with a telescope. Every community college has a nice one and some uni's have a great one. It would be literally impossible to hide a new planet from all the amateur astronomy buffs out there. So this story of a death planet is nonsense.

Good point. This comes from that lady who speaks with aliens. She was the first to predict cosmic doom twice...and it you didn't already knoow, she was wrong both times but still claims it is coming to get us.
