I would like to recommend everyone to watch this movie" FIREPROOF". It is a great movie talking about marraige, and relationships. If you ever watched this movie, maybe we can discuss your opinion about the movie. What is your ideal of future husband/wife, and what will you do to manage your marraige as a life time convenent?

My best part of the movie was when kirk throw the pc in the garbage n replaced it with flowers for his wife awwwwwwwwwwwww.It opened my eyes so much.Porn is everywhere.n sometimes people don't think they r doing anything wrong, because they r not giving their actual body to that person, but its lust
awesome movie,we need alot more like that, instead of saw series,YUCK

No I have been wanting to watch it I heard it was a really good movie!

It is a very good movies. I learn a lot from it. People who are in the relationship or marriage, sometimes use many different ways to hurt each other. The most ways we use are the hurtful words and unintentional body languages. A lot of us, addicted to or pay attention on something else more than our own boyfriend/girlfriend/wife or husband while we acturally should focus on loving each other and managing our marriage. We ignore each other's feeling and needs all the times. The hurtful words toward each other can demage each other emotionally, and mentally and destroy a good relationship easily. I learn the most from the 40 days diary. It shows me so many things we can work on to better myself on the relationship or marriage. A great movie to introduce to your friends/family.

I have the lovedare book.It has brought married couples closer n some even together again, but I truly think it's a lot easier to do the book if ur partner is a christian.but the partner also has to b willing, mind wasn't :(

Actually, if you watch in the movie, his wife didn't even know he was doing the 'love dare'.

So why do you need your partner to be willing? You don't, just do it anyway, and pray, and wait for the results that follow :)

iraasuup,
I agree with what you said. When you put your heart, take the actions and follow the words of God/Bible. Pray everyday, and believe in God. The other person will feel the differences that you are no longer the same. He will feel your love as well. Your relationship and marriage will be changed around you in Lord.

i like the part when Caleb ask forgiveness to his wife...wheeeew! it really takes courage for a man to humble down... i even like the song esp. WHILE IM WAITING

HI~ I think it depends on if you still love him and still want your marriage. Just like Caleb and his DAD. Remember, Caleb's Dad was the one who wants to step out of the marriage. But, Whatever his wife did save their marriage. And he wrote them out for his son as "Love Dairy" . Caleb wanted to save the marriage and also asked forgiveness from God for his rejective God's love. After he become CHristian, he was totally changed. He really wants the marriage to work and he loves her. So, he change himself, and truely follow the Love Dairy. He also read Bible and ask for guideness. He saved his marriage as well. SO, I believe it is all about if you are willing to do it or not. Caleb's wife didn't want to do anything with him. She even told him she does not love him. If it is not God, and his life wasn't changed. He will not be a ble to save their marriage.

Good luck. God will lead your way out.

Well, i'm in that same boat except i'm not married to her and we don't live together. We have a child together and she has said that she loved me and was committed to me in the past. She's at the point now where she won't talk to me at all except to allow me to see our daughter.
Also, i've done the love dare when we were together.

Yet, i'm still here and she's there...

I love fire proof. I rented it from the video store and liked it so much I went and bought my own copy. I also enjoyed facing the giants. My favorite parts in fireproof was when he confronted the DR. that had been hitting on his wife, and where at the end they renewed their vows as Christians. I loved watching him change throughout the movie.

I am not married...but I agree that it's a very good movie. Married folk ought to watch it. I learned a lot from watching it.
