seems you are bearing false witness.

Have you discerned Hebrews yet?
I'll make it easy for you,
is there a certain day of the week to fulfill the commandment to remember the sabbath?

1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you 6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil isles shall wait for his law. note

5 Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:

6 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; 6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.

7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.sin is sin as righteousness is righteousness

You continually say non sense then when i respond you move on to some new non-sense and ignore what i said, unless you think you can pick at it.

So let me guess all the talk in Heb 4 about honoring the 7th day actually means not to honor it? They just mention the 7th day because it has nothing to do with the 7th day?

Hebrews 4:1-6, "Therefore, since a promise of mentering His rest remains, let us fear so that none of you should come short of it. For this message was preached to us, as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not benefit them, because they did not share in the faith of those who obeyed--However, we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: So I vowed in My wrath, They will not enter into My rest, although the works were finished from the foundation of the world, For He spoke in a certain place of the Seventh Day, in this way: And Yahweh rested the Seventh Day from all His works. And in this place again: If they will enter into My rest. Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience."

Explain how that means dont keep the Sabbath?

Listen dip, the sabbath is only for those who labor into it.
The rest is only for those who labor to enter into it.
- as nothing to do with a certain day of the week,
has everything to do with what Jesus Christ did.

Chew on that since you can't find a reference to a certain day in the passage.

Amen Brother. We are NOT condemned by the Judaizers. They can scream at me about how I must keep the Sabbath and not have pork all they want. I am not bound to Jewish ritual law. I am free from it and held to a higher law of love.

you seem reprobate?

That is exactly what a pharisee would say. The legalists look down their nose at all the "less than perfect" people in the world. They know they are perfect and shake their head at all us wee little sinners.

Tisk, tisk.

Kick on, kick on.....
For He Rested the Seventh day from ALL HIS WORKS!!!

So.....He rested, but we are to labor, (to enter into His rest).
So Jesus labored(lived a perfect life and died an obedient death) so we could rest, (at some point).

Kick on my legalistic friend, kick on.

WHY COME Christ defended the Sabbath REPEATEDLY vs the Pharisees teaching them HOW TO DO IT RIGHT if it no longer existed. :| /QUOTE TannarDarr

It didn't occur to you that of a course Jesus did this to the Pharisees? Howbeit Jesus was precross (living in the old testament) at the times and after the time when He said, "It is finished" then after His ressurection explained the scriptures to His Apostles things changed including Jesus becoming our Sabbath Rest. DAAAAh.

WE CAN NEVER throw away the words of Yahshua

Mattithyah 24:35, "Heaven and earth may pass away, but My words will not pass away."

I find this teaching that is coming from mystery babylon through the theological cemetaries to be pure evil. saying that most of Matt, Mark, Luke and John are part of the "OT" as an attempt to disregard the aordsof OUR SAVIOR.

this doctrine is evil and comes directly from satan.

Mattithyah 24:35, "Heaven and earth may pass away, but My words will not pass away."

Well we can agree on the blood th 1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.

7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.

10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: note

15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

You stick to the words and I will stick to the cross. Because, I cannot obey the word without the cross, I will never be perfect until my flesh is removed and that is the resurrection. That is my hope and what I long for. The cross paid the price that I could not, I cannot as hard as I try keep the law and neither can you less Christ died in vain. I have been renewed in Spirit( sin nature broken) my mind is being renewed by the word of God ( trusting by faith) mt body will be renewed in the resurrection. Our daily battle is with the flesh that is tempted constantly by Satan and sometimes we fail. But thank God that Jesus Christ is just and willing to forgive us if we ask.

Listen lisp, ......no part of the gospel aligns with the world, you heretic.
Listen lilt, ......you are the one equating the Words of Life with the Law of Moses.
As in literal.

Rick, I enjoy your sarcasm. I must admit that "Rick the Reprobate" has a nice ring to it and has high humor value, but it certainly is not true. There is no condemnation for those in Christ.

I enjoy the epitaphs.
Isaiah was sawn though the jaw.
John the Baptist and Paul had their heads cut off, Peter was crucified upside down.....John was boiled in oil.
Our Savior was marred more than any man.
It is a small thing.
(34-28 is small)

Revelation 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Where does it say "New Creation". Christ was with us from creation, there were centuries leading to Him, Christ replaced some of what had been and fulfilled others, what is new?

Acts 24:14, "But I confess this to you, that after the way which they call heresy--so I worship the Father of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets."

lol you say things like this, you show you true colors. You talk about "love" and "the law of love", but you seem as a jackyl.

YOU SAID "Chew on that since you can't find a reference to a certain day in the passage"

However, we who have believed do enter that rest
(they do keep Sabbath)

For He spoke in a certain place of the Seventh Day (and here is you reference of the 7th day)

i posted this verse before you said there was no 7th day reference??? i think either you didnt read it or idk?

and again Sabbath is for ALL

Isayah 56:1-7, "This is what Yahweh says: Keep the judgments, and do justly; for My salvation is near, soon, to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them; and keeps his hand from doing dany evil. Do not let the son of the Gentile, who has joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying; Yahweh has utterly separated me from His people. Nor let the eunuch say; Behold, I am a dry tree. For this is what Yahweh says: To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, and choose those things which eplease Me, and hold fast to My covenant: I will give to them, in My House, even within My walls, a place and a Name equal to that of sons and of daughters; I will give them the Name of The Everlasting: YAHWEH; which will not be cut off. Also the sons of the Gentile who join themselves to Yahweh, to serve Him, and to love the Name of Yahweh, to be His servants--everyone who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them and who holds fast to My covenant--I will bring them to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House of prayer..."

When I accepted Jesus as my savoir and keep my faith on His work , I have kept the sabbath. Why do wrestle with works that give you no rest. when Peter was focused on Christ, he walked on the stormy water, but when he took his eye off of Christ he saw the waves and the wind and the lighting and sank. Please make the cross of Christ the object or focus of your faith and not what you can do for what can you do? nothing. Our why do we need a savior if we can handle it by keeping some commandment.

There is no condemnation for those in Christ.

This is true:

1 Yahchanan 2:3-6, "Now by this we do know that we know Him: If we keep His Laws. He who says: I know Him, 1but does
not keep His Law, is a liar, eand the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His Law, in him truly is the love of Yahweh perfected: by this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him, is himself also obligated to walk exactly as He walked."

I never said keeping ant Law saves. What keeping the 4th Commandment does for me is gives me 24hrs to put my COMPLETE focus on Him, not 99% but 100%. Something that is impossible to do while working, etc during the week. so it has been an immense blessing to me and I thank Yahweh for that, I dont understand why people are so against an entire day of focus on what has saved us?
