I read this news earlier today and had to shake my head. He seems to have a problem with his temper and his wife feared he might use his gun? Crazy.
 
Once again, David creates a thread with a false assertion. I could give two cents for George Zimmerman but I do care about the truth.

It turns out that:

A: George was at the house where he had been staying when his wife showed up unannounced and threw a fit. George never went to the house she was living in which a family friend was graciously provided for them (she was the only one who took up the family friend's offer, however. George was living elsewhere).

B: There was no gun.

C: There was no fight (e.g. physical fighting).

D: The incident as she related it to 911 was *entirely* fabricated. She stopped cooperating with police and left on the advice of her attorney, while George cooperated fully.

Deputy Police Chief Colin Morgan said officers did not recover a gun and Bracknell said Shellie Zimmerman later dropped her claim that a gun was involved.

"Domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said.

The dispute "was between him and his wife and her father,'' Morgan said. "There were some allegations that there had been an assault, but we could not confirm ANY of it.

Police: Zimmerman wife not pressing charges

"We did not find a gun, did not locate a weapon," said Zach Hudson, public information officer with the Lake Mary Police Department. "Nobody ever saw a gun. A gun is not part of this story."

According to authorities, Shellie's father had no injuries.

Lake Mary Police are now calling into question several statements Shellie Zimmerman made to 911

The number and magnitude of lies told were great enough that George is considering another defamation suit.

David, your credibility is down to 0 with me. You said, "Zimmermann assaulting his family and threatening them with a gun" as the title of your thread when EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE IS TRUE!

looks like that case took more of a toll on that family than i thought...
 
Parade a man as a monster and he may do monstrous things. Think of the "victim" in the Duke lacrosse case. She was mishandled by Nifong and now she is on trial for murder herself.

The fight started because she showed up with her father to try and force George into signing a big life insurance policy the beneficiary of which would be, of course, her.

When he said no, she threw a fit.

Like the Zimmerman trial, I waited until all the facts were in.

Its hard to trust a woman who has filed for divorce when it come to painting her soon to be ex-husband a monster.

I do not think the facts are in just yet but no matter what, George Zimmerman has lost his life. He may just as well have let Martin beat him to death.
 
I feel honored that David put me on ignore, to be honest. No sort of journalistic integrity in his headlines, just repeat whatever rumor he hears as if it's credible. Sad.
 
Exactly. Mary Jane and Mr. alcohol call the shots for some people. It's not hard to tell who they are... lol.
